Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target
• Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan.
• Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas
• Bertanggung jawab atas soliditas tim dan mampu me-manage konflik internal tim atas dasar peraturan perusahaan.

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim min 2th
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Manager (Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen diutamakan)
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
• 1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist

• Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid

• Primarily responsible for the timely and accurate handling of fiducia registrations, including fulfilling all document requirements from customers.
• Ensure timely receipt of documents from the notary for fiducia certificates and fiducia deeds, in accordance with the agreed timeline.
• Maintain the upload of all documents and update the system for flagging fiducia results.
• Create, monitor, and store fiducia/document files, including creating logs to track any TBO (To Be Obtained) documents and their SLA (Service Level Agreement) tracking.
• Ensure all documentation, approvals, and necessary data are accurately filled out in the system before initiating any document pull-in/pull-off.
• Address any requests related to the fiduciary registration process from other units.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.
• Responsible for reconciling costs with notaries for fiducia fees.

• At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Experience in the fiducia process within lending companies is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Office are a must, including administrative and documentation functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen interest in reviewing data. Must possess high levels of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
• Strong dedication to delivering excellent work and exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate process recommendations within the operational area.

As an outreach researcher, your main responsibility will be the researcher representative in each city and to deliver the dealer voice to the HO team . Your technical skills, communication skills, and way of working will be directly reviewed by

the Research Lead.

You will have the opportunity to learn about the step by step research process, including but not limited to : planning, recruiting, interviewing, making surveys, and reporting. Also you can sharpen your communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Mainly work in the field to visit our dealer, you will visit three dealers in a day for 2 weeks in a month (total 30 dealers in a month) including recruit, schedule dealer visit, ensure recordings, and do note takings
• Work with and report to HO research team
• Create daily reports based on dealer visit
• Doing Ad-Hoc at the down time week
• Do travel to visit dealers including managing logistics
• Ensure compliance for each projects such as: project documentation

• A rule of thumb of <1 year of experience in the research industry
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Graduated from English literature, humaniora is a plus
• Experienced in conducting end-to-end research projects
• Having no mobility issues since most of our research is executed in fieldwork
• Currently residing in local area (Palembang)
• Having connections with used car dealers or leasing companies is a plus point

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT and information security policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
• Periodically facilitate IT and information security awareness.
• Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with policies, standards, and relevant IT and information security regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance audits.
• Provide support to Internal and External Auditors regarding the implementation and certification of ISO 27001.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.

• Good understanding of GRC concepts and principles of information security.
• Basic knowledge of IT Risk, information security regulations such as "Peraturan OJK Manajemen Risiko TI" lembaga jasa keuangan non Bank, or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with information technology and security, including knowledge of security controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to compile clear and concise reports.
• Quick learner and adaptable to changes in technology and regulations.
• Additional certifications such as Cobit, ITIL, ISO 27001, CISA, or similar would be a plus.
