Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Indonesia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share in the medical aesthetics field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, print, event, and direct marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities deliver a high return on investment.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that effectively promote our products and services to target audiences.
• Lead the organization and participation in industry exhibitions, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key industry partners, including media, influencers, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Track and report on marketing campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and medical aesthetics community.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare and aesthetics.

As a Service Desk Engineer, you are the point of contact for end users and their operational questions, requests, and problems regarding IT services (also applications). Within the Service Desk, you are responsible for first- line solutions to problems in the IT services.

You are responsible for keeping the work environment of the end users productive. The tickets are coming in via different communication channels like phone, chat, and the helpdesk portal. If the ticket cannot be resolved, you will triage it to the right resolution group and make sure the customer’s request is solved.

What you will do

• Supporting users by telephone, chat, portal in a broad area of IT topics like workstation, applications, telephony and network;
• As the SPOC for end users, analyzing the call or ticket and determines how and with whom it can best being solved;
• Registering, solving, communicating, coordinating and following up incidents and problems;
• Communication with end users and back end departments;
• Preparing and providing information (manuals, explanations, presentation) for users and internal IT usage.

- Melakukan pemantauan terhadap status pengiriman barang secara berkala 

- Berkomunikasi dengan pihak terkait untuk mengatasi masalah yang timbul selama proses pengiriman

- Melakukan & memastikan proses pengirimian barang meliputi :

- Merencanakan rute pengiriman

- Mengoordinasikan pengiriman dengan Driver

- Mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan menghindari Keterlambatan pengiriman

Job Qualifications :

- Usia maksimal 35 tahun

- Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK hingga D3, diutamankan dari jurusan Manajemen Logistik / Transportasi

- Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 Tahun pada bidang yang sama

- Mampu melakukan monitoring unit & penyusunan rute (routing)

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan efetif

1. Follow up inquiries from Customer with fast response.
2. Follow up with branches office/local agent/vendor for Customer inquiries. 
3. Cost Control and review cost from branches, sub agent and vendor.
4. Provide PDA with competitive/reasonable or as per company standard to customer.
5. Provide correct information to principal and ship.
6. Acknowledge appointment from Customer soon as possible.
7. Appoint reliable vendor or local agent.
8. Prepares and track all vessel/cargo permits or necessary docs to carry out operation with related parties, including entry permit (PKKA).
9. Chasing and Monitor Prefunding.
10. Liaises with principals, branches/local agent and related parties to ensure all operational activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner to meet departure without delay.
11. Monitor and control cargo operation during ship stay at port and barging schedule.
12. Ensure Time Sheet, SOF and others cargo docs is correct.
13. Ensure reporting and cargo docs sending on time.
14. Follow up issuing BL and sending to related parties without delay 
15. Ensure local agent or vendor submit invoice/FDA on time.
16. Checking FDA/Invoice from branches, local agent and vendor.
17. Must follow all company stated policies.
18. Build good communication with Customer, Shipper, Buyer and Trader

You will be responsible for end-to-end audit process on the branches / representative offices.

• Validate consumer data related to the customer acquisition process to determine any indications of irregularities / anomalies
• Conduct field checks on the consumer acquisition, application, and collection processes carried out by branch staffs according to Field Audit procedures in order to minimize deviations in business procedures and find potentials of frauds.
• Conduct field checks on third parties related to the business process.
• Collect the truth of information and supporting evidence to strengthen findings in the field and ensure all chronological sequences of events so that all parties involved can know and recommend any sanctions for irregularities that occur.
• Conduct re-checks in the field on reports from Internal parties to ensure that all work procedures have been carried out properly and correctly.
• Follow up on information obtained from internal or external parties regarding incorrect work processes.
• Account for all findings/validation results independently and professionally.
• Be proactive and highly curious

• Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera cloud.
• Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
• Prepare occupancy and guests report
• Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
• Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
