Role Summary

We are looking for a young – talented marketer to join us and collaborate with the team to develop the marketing and brand strategies for Food event. The incumbent will need to work closely with different trade associations, industry partners and media partners to explore opportunities to expand our businesses. He/she will have the opportunities to be involved in managing / participating sizable social event to deepen our presence in the market. 

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• To develop effective and creative marketing strategies with unique value proposition for each show via different channel to attract and retain exhibitors and visitors for a long term relationship.
• To plan and participate media & PR event, build and maintain relationship with industry leaders to strengthen the brand presence and drive business opportunities.
• Organize both physical and digital events such as seminar, webinar, conferences, and specialty exhibitor promotion campaigns.
• To develop, execute and monitor marketing budget and activities for achieving the optimum results.
• To work closely with event and sales team to propose business development plan to the valued exhibitors in order to seize the business opportunities.

• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

Responsibility :

1. Coordinating with service at branch offices in performing service hygiene and pest control work

2. Receiving customer complaints and informing the complaint to the service team at the branch for follow-up and treatment / inspection

3. Assisting the sales team in presenting product introduction and pest awareness to customers

4. Assist the sales team in making service / treatment work schedules and monitoring actual treatment to customers

5. Assist the service team in conducting inspections and making work reports requested by customers

6. Attend coordination meetings that discuss the progress of work requested by customers

7. Assisting the administration team to collect evidence of service (docket) which has been done by the service team at the branch

8. Assist regional NKAs to carry out surveys and cooperate with branches for the implementation of work

9. Ensure that regional NKA customers receive service quality according to standards

10. Assist regional NKA customers in facing food safety audits

• Min S1 majoring in Law (Civil Law or Business Law)

The role

A Senior Tax Analyst in Indonesia needs to have a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team and across various departments. You will be responsible for Indonesia tax matters as well as providing ad-hoc tax support for the group. You will report to the regional tax lead in Singapore. 

Main responsibilities

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Tax compliance:
• Assist in identifying tax obligation from payments, preparing and filing accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure that related party transactions are conducted at arm's length and are appropriately documented in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements in Indonesia and ensure compliance with them.

• Tax audits and disputes:
• Assist in managing tax audits, inquiries, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Help in resolving tax disputes and responding to tax-related notices and assessments.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with tax authorities, ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documents to support tax filings and audits.

• Tax planning, support and strategy:
• Collaborate with the group tax department to develop tax planning strategies to optimize the organization and the group's tax position while remaining compliant with the law.
• Analyze financial data and conduct tax research to identify tax-saving opportunities and recommend tax-efficient structures or transactions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage tax incentives and credits provided by the Indonesian government.

Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

We are looking for QA-QC Manager based in Jabodetabek to develop & implement the QA QC guidelines to the supply chain to serve the needs of clients across APAC markets.

As a QA-QC Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of quality assurance and quality control for Promotional Print and Packaging, Displays and signages, Temporary and Permanent Displays, Digital POSM, and marketing activation delivered by the supply chain in Indonesia.

Working collaboratively with operations and suppliers to develop and implement quality assurance and QC process improvements. This role is responsible for the defined services in Indonesia, based in Jakarta.

Key Responsibilities:

QA QC processes and compliances

• Develop QA strategy for preventing defects, avoiding failures to ensure reduction or elimination of failures in quality.
• With QA, focus on the product quality, that guarantees that the processes, QC standards, and procedures are suitable for the various categories for the above scope, and are properly implemented in the QC plan.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control guidelines and processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Developing standard QC reports for production and installations
• Provide expertise on process of quality improvements with operation team
• Implement QA/QC processes with suppliers, conduct refresher training (need basis)
• Preparing NCR and corrective action plan for QC failures
• Conduct internal audits to verify that quality control processes are being followed.
