What will you do?

• Responsible to manage Daily Gas Delivery Control including consolidation report
• Responsible to develop and manage LNG ship unloading schedule, weekly, monthly and quarterly gas delivery forecast.
• Calculate overall gas balance in LNG Terminal & Regas
• Coordinate with CCPP and Smelter on gas delivery validation and planning.
• Prepare weekly, monthly summary reports
• Work closely with Maintenance Planner for both scheduled and unscheduled activities that impact to gas delivery.
• Responsible to ensure continues improvement within Operation group
• The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and not necessarily all-inclusive.

· Test AC and DC electricity

· Testing SNI and IEC standards

· Interpreting drawings

· Testing in the test room

Qualifications & experience

• Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Mesin/T industri/T elektro.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Industri / Workshop sebagai Supervisor/Koordinator.
• Memiliki pengalaman meng-handle mesin Thermoforming, printed Cup.
• Mampu menggunakan AutoCAD dan Microsoft Office.
• Sudah memiliki Sertifikat Vaksin Covid-19 dan sudah Booster.
• Penempatan di kawasan Industri MM2100, Cibitung, Bekasi.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan dengan bagian yang terkait.
• Melakukan perawatan terhadap mesin - mesin dan sarana di pabrik yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya.
• Briefing dengan tim kerja bagian Packaging Cup.
• Berpengalaman dengan Mesin Thermoforming, Cup Making dan Cup Printing.
• Memeriksa report yang dibuat oleh karyawan.
• Mengontrol pekerjaan karyawan di lapangan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian Engineering mengenai jadwal maintenance yang sudah dibuat.
• Menginformasikan mengenai jadwal maintenance yang sudah disepakati pada seluruh staff.
• Mengontrol dan memastikan efisiensi dan pemakaian material produksi

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of a contracted security group including the management of all security administrative affairs at the respective sites allocated and will be responsible for the investigation of alleged or suspected offences and threats to company property, operations, and personnel.

·        Direct the activities of contracted security staff in order to protect company property and personnel.

·        Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of security activities.

·        Conduct investigations on incidents that occur on the property, in conjunction with law enforcement officials when necessary and keep supervisors apprised of findings.

·        Supervise security officers in controlling vehicles entering and exiting the property, patrolling areas, controlling traffic on company roads, investigations, searches, monitoring security systems and responding to alarms.

·        Provide advice and guidance on security matters to company personnel and residents.

·        Review security related documents to provide advice on and interpretation of matters contained therein.

·        Carry out investigations by inspecting locations of alleged or suspected illegal activity.

·        Conduct surveillance and searches on suspected persons or activities in order to gather information and evidence.

·        Interview, research and interrogate suspects and witnesses in investigations in order to verify facts, and gather as much information as possible.

·        Prepare suspect and witness statements.

·        Prepare reports on completed and on-going investigations.

·        Prepare loss prevention and security reports for management and make recommendations for further actions or processes.

·        Participate in legal proceedings by serving legal documents, preparing evidence and presenting testimony in courts of law.

·        Instructs security officers as to the appropriate response to incidents or unusual events.

·        Store, issue and account for company equipment issued to security personnel and supporting Law Enforcement Agencies and submit a monthly report to the Senior Supervisor Security

·        Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with Indonesian Laws and Regulations regarding security matters as well as company policy.

·        Responsible for neatness and maintenance of Security office, Guard posts and the immediate area surrounding these buildings in the respective area of responsibility.

·        Responsible to report all defects, damage, excessive overgrowth or any other issues that might influence effective security operations.

Manage the Guard tour system in respective area and submit batons to the designated monitoring station every day for downloading of information

OPERATOR MESIN PRODUKSI DAN OPERATOR PACKING MESIN PRODUKSI

Some of your duties will include:

·        Overseeing the daily operations and management of airport facilities.

·        Carry out the activities in work area in accordance with and relevant to the management implemented by the Company.

·        Able to solve problems related to problems related to the Airport’s image.

·        Ensure that airport operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including those set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

·        Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any issues and ensure a safe and clean environment.

·        Liaise with airlines, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational issues.

·        Prepare and present reports on operational performance, incidents, and other relevant metrics to senior management. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Capable of operating information systems equipment;

·        Able to maintain and repair information systems equipment;

·        Analyze if any disturbances/damages in information system equipment;

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of information system equipment and evaluate the performance of information system equipment.

·        Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electronic systems and equipment.

·        Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electronic systems, including communication, security, and navigation systems.

·        Execute repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure systems are operational.

·        Airport electronics personnel with building automation system and fire alarm system competencies at the skilled level.

·        Install and configure new electronic systems and equipment in accordance with airport standards and requirements.

·        Provide technical support and guidance to other airport personnel regarding the use and maintenance of electronic systems.

·        Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies related to electronic systems.

·        Capable to operate, maintain and repair building automation system equipment and fire alarm system;

·        Airport electronics personnel with building automation system and fire alarm system competencies at the expert level.

·        Able to analyze disturbances/damages and make steps to repair building automation system and fire alarm system equipment.

·        Able to operate public address system equipment, building amenities, and check-in system;

Some of your duties will include:

·        Capable to operate and maintain traction and equipment.

·        Repair traction and equipment and to analyze disturbances/damages and make steps to repair of it.

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of traction equipment systems; and evaluate the performance of traction and equipment.

·        Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical systems and equipment at the airport.

·        Maintain and repair a range of mechanical systems, including but not limited to air conditioning, heating, ventilation, baggage handling systems, and various other airport machinery

·        Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment, including HVAC systems, baggage handling systems, escalators, elevators, and other machinery.

·        Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. This includes analyzing malfunction reports and performing corrective actions.

·        Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and airport-specific protocols. Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs

·        Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools. Place orders for parts and supplies as needed, ensuring that inventory is stocked and organized

·        Assist in the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades and improvements to enhance performance and reliability.

·        Able to operate and maintain water and pump system equipment.

·        Able to plan/design the installation or change of water and pump system equipment

Some of your duties will include:

·        Manage and operate generator set equipment and Automatic Change Over Switch (ACOS);

·        Maintain generator set equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);

·        Repair generator equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);

·        Analyze the damages and make steps to repair generator set equipment and automatic change over switch (ACOS);

·        Able to plan/design generator and automatic change over switch (ACOS) equipment;

·        Evaluate the work/equipment system of generator set and automatic change over switc (ACOS).

·        Operate, maintain and able to repair generator set synchronization equipment.

·        Analyze the damages and make steps to repair generator synchronization equipment;

·        Operate uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and renewable energy (solar power generator);

·        Repair minor damage to uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and renewable energy (solar power plants).

·        Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment.

·        Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system upgrades.

·        Prepare and submit regular reports on electrical system performance and maintenance issues.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Understand the airport operations.

·        Understand about the civil aviation safety regulations Section 139 regarding Aerodromes and the Standard Manual Part 139.

·        Understand the guidelines on the maintenance of airside and land-side infrastructure;

·        Understand the technical specifications, materials and methods of carrying out air-side and land-side infrastructure.

·        Understand airport pavement construction and the completeness of markings, signs, and signs of air and land side facilities.

·        Able to identify damage and plan/design repairs to airside and land-side facilities

·        Monitor and oversee the maintenance and repair of airport buildings, runways, taxiways, and other infrastructure.

·        Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair and maintenance tasks.

·        Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.

·        Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.

·        Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize risks and enhance operational safety.

·        Collaborate with airport operations teams to address facility-related issues that may impact airport operations

Some of your duties will include:

·        Rapidly respond to aircraft emergencies, including fires, crashes, and hazardous material incidents.

·        Operate and drive emergency vehicles to the scene of an incident.

·        Perform firefighting operations, including extinguishing fires and rescuing trapped individuals.

·        Provide medical aid and first response services to injured persons until advanced medical personnel arrive.

·        Conduct regular inspections of aircraft to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

·        Perform routine checks and maintenance on ARFF vehicles and firefighting equipment to ensure operational readiness.

·        Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and industry standards.

·        Maintain accurate records of incidents, training, equipment maintenance, and other relevant activities.

·        Able to explain knowledge of fire pumps, fire extinguishing tactics and techniques, knowledge of the main duties and functions of aviation accident rescue and firefighting personnel (PKP-PK).

·        Able to explain, implement and analyze emergency service and aviation safety regulations related to airports.

·        Able to develop and evaluate emergency suspension procedure.

·        To carry out vehicle maintenance, supporting equipment and operational support ARFF.

·        Can explain and operate the main vehicle PKP-PK type foam tender type I, Il, Ul, IV, V, V, Vl, RIV, fire fighting boat, supporting vehicles and supporting equipment.

·        Able to operate watchroom equipment (radio communication equipment).

·        Able to explain the knowledge of human factors for PKP-PK (human factors for ARFF) personnel.

·        Involves managing a team of ARFF personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting training, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibility :

• Ensure all fire protection, fire fighting facility, fire prevention program and optimally functioned at releable to support plant operation safely.
• Inspection or testing of fire fighting equipment
• Maintain for Command Car/Operational Vehicle for emergency service and rescue kits
• Assist the Fire Truck Driver to deliver training for practical of fire fighting to employees
• Participate on Emergency Drill or Dry Run
• Preventive and Currative Maintenance (minor repair for: hosebox, fire extinguiser box, fire hose)
• Perform for fire fighting response in case occurs, oil spill response in case occurs
• Provide a daily report for result of inspection and testing activity

Some of your duties will include:

·        Coordinate and oversee airport operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations. This includes managing flight schedules, ground services, and coordination between different departments.

·        Direct aircraft movement using hand signals and communication devices.

·        Guide aircraft to and from parking positions, gates, and maintenance areas.

·        Ensure proper alignment of aircraft for safe docking and undocking.

·        Supervise and regulate movement traffic on the apron.

·        Coordinate with air traffic control, pilots, and ground staff to facilitate smooth aircraft movement.

·        Provide accurate instructions and updates regarding aircraft positioning and status.

·        To ensure the safety of the movement of people, equipment and aircraft on the apron.

·        To Analyze all activities on the apron during peak hours and plan aircraft parking arrangements in an emergency case.

·        To ensure that the facilities on the apron are in good condition.

·        To evaluate and coordinate operational activities on the apron and able to communicate with pilots in terms of regulating aircraft movement on the apron, especially for airside movement service personnel on duty in the tower.

·        Assist in the coordination of refueling, servicing, and loading/unloading of aircraft.

·        Support other ground operations tasks as needed, including the management of ground equipment.
