• Membuat program untuk kebutuhan perusahaan

• Memonitor pengembangan ERP
• Memonitor permohonan perubahan sistem ERP
• Memonitor penanganan trouble sistem ERP
• Menentukan skala prioritas pengembangan system berdasarkan target department
• Membuat program MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Membuat report yang dibutuhkan

• Membina hubungan yang baik dengan showroom/dealer/agen-agen untuk mendapatkan calon nasabah
• Melakukan survey kelayakan calon nasabah
• Mengumpulkan, melengkapi, memeriksa, menganalisa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data-data calon nasabah
• Menjelaskan isi dokumen perjanjian pembiayaan beserta lampirannya untuk ditandatangani nasabah
