• Inventory Management for Network Security Infrastructure
• Providing on-site assistance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and proactive maintenance
• Creating Reports from the process of presenting the overall results of IT Service Management activities related to the maintenance of Network Security

What you need:

Minimum Diploma Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

Have a knowledge of information security and Network is mandatory

Have an understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, an various system concept is mandatory

Have an experience of network security product

Having Network Security Product certification / Network Security Professional certification

Having knowledge of IT security framework and standard such a CIS or COBIT is point plus.

Have excellent work ethics, communication.

• Mengelola fungsi akuntansi dalam memproses data dan informasi keuangan untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan perusahaan dan laporan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan manajemen secara akurat dan tepat waktu.
• Merencanakan dan mengkoordinasikan penyusunan anggaran perusahaan serta mengontrol realisasi penggunaan anggaran.
• Melakukan fungsi perpajakan guna mengontrol perencanaan, pelaporan dan pemenuhan kewajiban perpajakan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.
• Melakukan fungsi pengawasan transaksi keuangan guna memastikan semua proses dan transaksi keuangan dijalankan sesuai SOP perusahaan.
• Melakukan analisa keuangan dan analisa terkait lainnya untuk menentukan strategi pemasaran bersama dengan divisi lain.

• Analyse and design software's requirements and specification
• Develop, test and evaluate new or existing system to produce system application
• Have programming skill: C languages, C++, Java, Javascript, .Net, AS400, and /or COBOL

• Laki-laki, berusia maksimal 30 tahun
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
• Dapat mengoperasikan komputer & Microsoft Office
• Dapat menggunakan social media dan marketplace dengan baik
• Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
• Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris lebih diutamakan
• Berorientasi pada target dan dapat bekerja dalam team
• Berdomisili di kota Semarang

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

• Merekap invoice dan faktur pajak
• Merekap dokumen pembelian
• Membantu laporan keuangan
• Filling dokumen perpajakan
• Menginput transaksi penjualan, pembelian, & kas bank ke Program

KUALIFIKASI :

• Wanita maksimal usia 28 tahun
• Memiliki Pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
• Pendidikan minimal SMK jurusan Akuntansi
• Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar
• Mahir Mengoperasikan Komputer (Ms. Excel dan Ms. Word
• Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang accounting & perpajakan
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan software akuntansi Accurate, dsb (menjadi nilai tambah)
• Mengerti dasar-dasar perpajakan secara umum PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh 4(2), PPN (menjadi nilai tambah)
• Memiliki ketelitian dan kemampuan berhitung yang baik
• Mampu bekerja secara tim
• Siap di tempatkan di Dadap, Kabupaten Tangerang

• Memelihara catatan inventaris untuk semua barang masuk dan keluar
• Mengatur dan membuat jadwal pengiriman barang
• Membuat surat jalan
• Memastikan barang sesuai dan memiliki kondisi yang baik (checker)
• Melakukan stock opname
