• Ensure that the business has effective systems, procedures and controls for AML and KYC compliance, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness

• Lead the risk reporting preparation to ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and good quality reports, as required by Group and Regulator.

Arranging School daily operation services:

• Room/facilities arrangement for schedule, availability in coordination with Academic

About The Role

– Memasukkan data ke dalam sistem pajak atau familiar dengan sistem pajak online

– Mengelola dokumen dan laporan pajak.

– Membantu memastikan kepatuhan pajak tepat waktu dan akurat.

– Bekerja sama dengan tim akuntansi dan keuangan untuk pengumpulan data.

– Membantu persiapan audit pajak.

– Mendukung proyek-proyek khusus terkait pajak.

Requirements

– Berpengalaman/Fresh Graduated S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Ekonomi, atau jurusan terkait.

– Pengetahuan dasar tentang perpajakan (PPN, PPh).

– Teliti dan mampu menangani data dengan akurat.

– Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel.

– Komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

– Berinisiatif dan mau belajar hal baru.

– Kemampuan analitis yang baik.

– Mampu mengelola waktu dengan baik dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.

– Menjaga kerahasiaan data sensitif

Dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang akan difokuskan di dalam suatu Proyek di PT Duta Listrik Graha Prima. Tenaga kerja tersebut diharapkan mampu berkoordinasi secara baik kepada semua pihak yang berhubungan seperti pekerja di lapangan (Main Contractor; Sub Contractor; K3; Project Owner; dll); pekerja di kantor pusat; dan pekerja di kantor cabang (factory). 

Tugas utama melakukan Project Schedulling dan Project Monitoring

Pengawas Lapangan Project HVAC diharapkan mampu membuat administrasi dan dokumen Project sesuai dengan ketentuan dari Project berjalan.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pekerjaan 
• Menangani administrasi dan dokumentasi 
• Memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap peraturan dan standar pemilik project yang berlaku
• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal (User) dan internal (PT Tangga Era Batu)

Sebagai Teknisi dalam bidang HVAC yang mahir dalam proses pemasangan, instalasi, dan perawatan dari sistem HVAC/Air Conditioning.

Pekerja akan ditempatkan di objek vital Indonesia yaitu Kilang Pertamina Internasional atau Project di Rumah Tinggal yang diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan di bidang HVAC secara sistematis

• Menguasai troubleshooting HVAC
• Mengerjakan sistem Control HVAC
• Mengerjakan preventive maintenance unit HVAC
• Mengerjakan pemasangan unit HVAC
