1. Mencari calon mitra yang terdiri dari Ibu-Ibu golongan menengah kebawah yang ingin mempunyai usaha sendiri atau memperbesar usahanya

2. Membentuk kelompok produktif yang terdiri dari 10 Ibu-Ibu golongan menengah kebawah 3. Memberikan pinjaman modal usaha untuk mitra

4. Melakukan pembinaan kepada para mitra agar usaha/bisnis mereka berjalan dengan baik

5. Membina hubungan baik dengan para mitra 6. Melakukan penarikan angsuran dari mitra dengan mengadakan pertemuan setiap dua minggu sekali

*Bussiness Officer : (Pembiayaan Individu)* 1. Mencari calon nasabah baru

2. Survey kelayakan calon nasabah

3. Menjelaskan produk pembiayaan

He/She is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items according to established recipes and quality standards. They play a crucial role in maintaining the culinary excellence of the hotel by executing culinary techniques, adhering to portion control guidelines, and ensuring consistent taste and presentation. The Chef de Partie also collaborates with the culinary team to contribute to menu development, assists in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and supports the training and development of junior kitchen staff. This position requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests.

• Mengendalikan & memastikan berjalannya Plan Maintenance System untuk kapal & alat berat
• Mengendalikan & mereview roster map/kerja bagi mecanic/engineer in duty setiap bulannya
• Mempersiapkan & Mengendalikan budget technical di Sangatta
• Mengendalikan perawatan kapal (LO, Part & Consumeble) serta berkomunikasi dengan Port Engineer & Mekanik
• Memonitor & mereview hasil perbaikan kapal termasuk dokumen (BAK & Foto)
• Terlibat dalam Team Tanggap Darurat
• Mereview & Menyetujui Service request dan Purchase request dari PE dan Mekanik
• Menerapkan K3 dan Lingkungan hidup di area kerja
• Mereview Jobs Safety Analysis yang dibuat Supervisor, Mekanik, Electrician dan welder

MELAKUKAN PERAWATAN PADA PERALATAN/ASET PERUSAHAAN, ALAT KELISTRIKAN, TELEPON, FORKLIFT, HAND PALLET UNTUK MENDUKUNG OPERASIONAL PERUSAHAAN

• Sets up and monitors the duty rosters, handles technical drawings, duty log, records and store inventory.
• Helps in preventive maintenance planning and gives practical advised.
• Co-ordinates with staff of other departments regarding repair work proceeded and follows up until the work is done.

• Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
• Checks and ensures that all rooms/suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.
