• Manage (Plan, Implement, Monitor, Evaluate and develop) the Improvement process to achieve company goals
• Conduct education and ensure continuous improvement runs in each department

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any filed (Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Management / Statistics / Information Engineering)
• Understanding Kaizen, 5R, 7 tools, PDCA
• Able to provide improvements or proposed improvements
• Able to perform data analysis
• Have experience in the same field at least 2 year
• Good Communication in English

• Have the ability to negotiate and collaborate
• Have the ability to data analyse
• Plan a strategy to achieve the targets set by the Company
• Ensuring product coverage & distribution processes reach the closest point to Customers
• Can lead and optimize the team in the area to carry out the strategy and achieve targets
• Mapping, analyzing, and explaining the potential market
• Make analysis & reports for developing and achieving targets sustainably manner in the area
• Have experience in the same field for more than a year
• Have the ability in English is a must

• Support the Head of Compliance in projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators
• Stay up-to-date with new and updates to current regulations, assess and interpret the impact on our business
• Review and/or recommend updating and improving the company systems and procedures 
• Liaise with different stakeholders to drive the necessary changes to comply with the law and regulations
• Ensure all routine and adhoc reports to regulators are submitted accurately and in a timely manner
• Review and/or recommend updating and improving the Company policies, provisions, systems and procedures with the provisions of regulation and the prevailing laws and regulations.

1. Melakukan kunjungan kepada calon konsumen terkait verifikasi data pengajuan dan menjelaskan mengenai hak dan kewajiban konsumen sesuai dengan kententuan pembiayaan
2. Mengumpulkan dokumen minor dan mayor calon konsumen yang diperlukan dalam proses kredit sesuai dengan prosedur kredit yang berlaku
3. Membuat laporan LHS dan BHS dari hasil survey dan melaporkannya ke chief surveyor
4. Melakukan reminder kepada konsumen terkait angsuran muda
5. Mengisi LRS dengan lengkap dan benar sesuai dengan kondisi calon konsumen saat survey
6. Melakukan aktifitas marketing
7. Survey dan mengunjungi konsumen Dana Syariah
8. Menjaga dan mengontrol kualitas penjualan
9. Melakukan proses pra taksasi
10. Merekrut dan menjaga produktivitas XTRA BAT (agent/pihak ke3)
11. Memastikan proses dan dokumen kredit sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Admin and Budget Controller position is to support the marketing team for administration works, assist the team by creating strategies to promote Sampoerna Schools System to the public and also to becoming the budget controller for all marketing department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities.

• Handle internal and external communications for Sampoerna Schools System.
• Improve our brand awareness and popularity on different media platforms by creating engaging marketing posts and ad campaigns.
• Help with organizing promotional events and campaigns.
• Ensure legal and brand compliance on all communications.
• Collaborate with internal marketing functions, brand and external agency to deliver target sets.
• Adhere to budget & forecasting for every assigned event/ campaigns.

• Involve in the product operation team to support client onboarding and activation, service deployment as well as implementation and post implementation customer support
• Handle and respond to customers’ enquiries. In case enquiries or issues can’t be instantly resolved, the enquiries will be handed over to engineering team
•  Document customers’ enquiries or issues for traceability and improvement purpose
• Work closely and collaboratively with product team on product improvement feedbacks
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting & explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and eventually following up to ensure resolution
