We are looking for a strong mass recruitment manager to lead team of mass recruiters to support our operation team growth across collection, sales and call center team. 

• Build strategy to execute mass recruitment of operation team across sales, call center and operation team 
• Review applicants.
• Conducting interviews
• Conduct reference check
• Prepare a proposal for the job offering to the employment contract
• Prepare a hiring report, vacancies, assessments, talent bank, and recruitment productivity
• Present regular meetings with division heads on the manning level vs hiring needs
• Build relationships with head hunter and/or recruitment partners
• Liaise with Learning Development on the onboarding and employer branding experience

Category Management:

Own the P&L of a certain category (or a portfolio of categories) which includes:

(1) Product Mix: Make targeted but substantial assortment selections and regularly reimagine assortment mix to stay aligned with buyer's needs.

(2) Maximising Margin: Gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements to deliver an appropriate assortment at lower cost while increasing variety and value.

(3) Category Strategy: Understand market landscape in each category, what are the specific sutomer segments targeted, the positioning of different brands and their market share. Gain insights on wher and how to play for each category (e.g., Private Labeling: Maximize margin by identifiying assortments that can be converted to high-margin private-label subsitutes. Enter new categories, expand margins without raising prices, and create competitive advantages and pricing protection by offering unique products that can’t be shopped around)

(4) Supply Management: segment suppliers, using category insights and analytics to develop a clear fact base supply strategy and boost negotiation leverage.

• Drive improvements in various facets of the supply chain process
• Focus on enhancing inventory management, customer excellence, logistics efficiency, and HSE
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
• Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations
• Analyze data to identify areas for cost competitiveness and process enhancements
• Receive comprehensive training with a focus on driving improvements and digitalization in supply chain management.
