We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Indonesia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share in the medical aesthetics field.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and medical aesthetics community.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Individually prospect, pitch and close the deal. Enthusiasm to build new network and introduce AnyMind product and service 
• Work with the prospect in a consultative fashion to develop a digital marketing strategy
• Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies

What You’ll Do

• Reporting to Malaysia Finance Team, you will assist in the bookkeeping and accounting matters of Malaysia entities.
• Accounts payables: Register new vendors, record suppliers’ invoices (SGA and COS) into accounting system and prepare payments to the suppliers.
• Accounts receivables: - Register new customers, generate sales order and invoice. Work with internal sales team on operations matters. Prepare AR aging report, update receivables in AR aging report and accounting system on a daily basis
• Cash and cash equivalents: Check and reconcile daily activities in all bank accounts, prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Expense claims: Review and record expense claims
• Closing activities: Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing matters
• Filing (both hardcopy and soft copy)
• Assist Malaysia Finance team with any ad hoc finance related projects/initiatives
• Liaise with auditor for year end audit.
• Assist in handling/responding to queries on tax matters i.e., annual corporate tax return, SST submission, WHT and etc

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
• Monitor campaign performance closely to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and identify areas for optimization.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to optimize campaign delivery, improve performance, and maximize ROI.
• Leverage data-driven insights to provide strategic recommendations and recommendations to clients.
• Prepare detailed campaign reports and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with Media Planners to create insightful client reports and address discrepancies.
• Work closely with Sales, Creative, Media Planning, Account Management, and Engineering teams to resolve creative issues, pacing deficiencies, and client concerns.
• Represent the agency in client meetings, providing expert media strategy and digital consultation.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Support internal and external teams on new initiatives and projects

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server and Wi-Fi Management:

• Oversee all aspects related to server Wi-Fi and liaise with service providers to ensure optimal performance.

1. IT Resource Management:

• Create and maintain records for IT arrangements, including laptops, internal systems (Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers), and any studio room setups in future offices.

1. Onboarding Support:

• Prepare and install applications on laptops for new joiners and ensure mobile devices are set up.

1. PBX Management:

• Manage PBX systems and monitor associated costs.

1. Employee Offboarding:

• Assist with checking laptops for resigning employees and arrange necessary forms.

1. Collaboration with Third Parties:

• Work with vendors for internet services, printers, CCTV, and telecommunication needs, including:
• Internet problem resolution.
• Requesting XL phone numbers.
• Ordering laptops and managing equipment repairs.
• Overseeing live streaming bandwidth and ensuring service continuity.

1. Vendor Supervision:

• Supervise vendor performance regarding Wi-Fi connections or related to the technical issue

What You'll Do

• Creating report for all digital marketing campaign : Influencer marketing, and paid media buying.
• Research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and help make recommendations.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing team to gather data and information due to creating the analysis
• Monitoring market trends so that can bring some recommendation for the report
• Understand the campaign and the client very well in order to prepare the appropriate report
• Maintain the deadline for the report generation
• Produce data visualization with a strong storytelling element.
• Develop a market insight / market trend due to help the Digital Marketing team for supporting data while on pitch

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with Dynatrace’s largest, most complex, and most valuable customers. A large percentage of the customers you engage with will be Enterprise customers from a Dynatrace spend perspective as well as some customers that are part of the Enterprise Success & Support program and have a mix of other dynatrace services involved. You will be a trusted strategic advisor, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of all Dynatrace products. Customers hold CSE’s in high regard as experts and rely on you to guide them through ways of obtaining the most outstanding value from their Dynatrace solutions. You will align with customers' desired business outcomes, enable them on their existing products and services, and work with them to identify opportunities to expand into additional products and services, all while ensuring world-class customer experience, value, and satisfaction. 

As part of the account team, you will work closely with the entire account team to define the strategic roadmap for your customers, to allow retention, renewal, and expansion of their Dynatrace relationship, and serve as a liaison between the customer and the Dynatrace Support and Product Management teams.  

Responsibilities and Duties

• Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations
• Strategise on the overall technical objectives and long-term goals of the customer and their business and strategic objectives
• Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer’s footprint
• Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases, then suggesting process improvements, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
• Provide web-based training to user groups to support organisational adoption
• Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage across organisational functions and processes
• Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
• Engage with Dynatrace customer support as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of customer issues
• Engage with Dynatrace Product management as the customer advocate on product roadmap discussions
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of Dynatrace products and services
• Help to document best practices in developing and using Dynatrace
• Provides insight, advice, and ‘street credibility’ with technical teams to understand technical issues and possible workarounds.
• Has deep understanding of customers’ infrastructure, architecture, and business/regulatory requirements to speed up resolution.

• Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set all tables according to standards and procedures
• Deliver F&B services in accordance to departmental standards and procedures
• Check on table setting, cleanliness and side station preparation as per work station assigned prior to the start of operation
• Greet all patrons warmly upon arrival at the door and escort them to the table
• Ensure that all food & beverage are served according to service standard
• Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Pick up and serve food and beverage orders. Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the patrons' table at the correct temperature
• Try to remember individual patron's names and their preferences to extend a personalized service
• Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue. Cross sell other dining venue when outlet is full
• Thank all patrons for patronizing the outlet upon their departure
• Clear and tidy up tables after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possible to the stewarding area
• Collect food and beverage supply requisition, ensure that the stock collected is as per requisition
• Report any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management
• Assist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required
