• Facilitate scrum master events, monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to guide teams in project execution.
• Evaluate project outcomes and report on key performance indicators to improve future project implementation.
• Create and manage the documentation project and project planning, ensure proper documentation for any scope of adjustment
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies (knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and/or other Agile frameworks is essential in the Tech industry).
• Experience managing third-parties, external (B2B/B2C) system integrations.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure is advantageous.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Postman – API tools).

The Loyalty & Promotion Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of loyalty programs and promotional strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention. You will drive initiatives that create memorable experiences and value for our users.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, and implement innovative loyalty programs that enhance customer experience and retention.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for promotions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional strategies across multiple channels.
• Set KPIs and track program performance, analysing results to optimize loyalty efforts.
• Research competitor loyalty programs and promotions to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for program improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/MBA or any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, or similar roles, with a focus on loyalty programs & promotions.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making, and detailed.
• Experience working with loyalty and CRM platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and well-structured thinker with a passion for enhancing customer experience.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in loyalty programs and promotions including consumer behaviour in digital ecosystem.
• Proven track record of successfully managing loyalty initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Exposure in Engineering is a plus.
