We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s offline marketing activities and campaigns. A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures. The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Contribute in the implementation of offline marketing strategies.
2. Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations.
3. Organize, attend, and support offline marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
4. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media.
5. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
6. Prepare content for the production and publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
7. Support HQ Centre’s marketing needs, especially on printed material and merchandise.
8. Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
9. Monitor marketing performance of all I CAN READ Centres.
10. Work closely with all marketing teams and also all Centre Managers to support Marketing and Company objectives.
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies /Management/Communications or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.
4. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
5. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
7. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
9. Creativity and commercial awareness.
10. A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
