Make your mark as a document controller at our office in Abu Dhabi. As a document controller you are a crucial part of a project team as well as the document management department. On a daily basis you will be working closely together with engineers and project managers who are depending on your pro-active aid and accurate assistance when it comes to raising issues, document handling, and exchange. At the end of the day, you will be the person who made sure that all project documentation was properly processed. You ensure that the entire project team, including sub-contractors and client organizations, can find what they need to move forward on the project. Your responsibilities as a document controller

• You act as the first point of contact for multiple project teams, the customer and subcontractor with questions about the document management system (DMS) and the project documentation.
• Within the project team, you bear ownership of the DMS and instruct the parties involved in its use.
