As a member of the Palo Alto Networks sales team, you will be responsible for delivering our initial customers and growing the territory. You will be responsible for managing your territory to deliver above quota sales performance. Palo Alto Networks has chosen to go to market with Security Focused Channel partners; you will be responsible for identifying and signing appropriate channel partners.

Your Impact

• Manage sizable business in Indonesia region
• Must have experience handling commercial accounts in Indonesia and build rapport & connectiond in the local partners ecosystem
• Understands the power of channels and has strong channel CXO level relationships with both T2 partners and Distributors
• Experience in both direct and  channel sales a plus
• Territory business planning and execution - understands and has executed partner programs and incentives
• Technology orientation and can articulate well at CXO levels
• Proficiency in driving growth through the process - By leveraging Partner Account Planning, marketing, channels, etc.
• Strong exposure in working with Inside sales team and is seen as a territory leader
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record by exceeding business quotas regularly for the last 2+ years
• Achieved recognition such as Chairman’s Club, Best Sales Leader, Best Account Manager

• Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel Strategy in Modern & Traditional Trade to achieve company sales targets.
• Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
• Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch Home Appliance business in Indonesia
• Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales Reps by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
• Develop Performance appraisal of the team, provide coaching and developing potential team members to further develop their career path within the organisation

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Menguasai bidang mekanikal, elektrikal, termasuk pemeliharaan, perbaikan, pencegahan serta troubleshooting dan keahlian teknis lainnya
• Berpengalaman sebagai Teknisi (listrik arus kuat dan arus lemah)
• Mengetahui dasar-dasar K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja)
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan pihak internal maupun external
• Mampu bekerja baik dengan tim maupun individu
• Memecahkan masalah kerusakan dan melakukan perbaikan
• Mengontrol penggunaan utilities yang ada
• Melakukan pemeliharaan / perbaikan kerusakan pada peralatan Mechanical / Electrical & Plumbing
• Melakukan pencatatan harian terhadap peralatan Mechanical / Electrical
• Menangani instalasi, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan berkaitan dengan HVAC, equipment elektronik, equipment non-elektronik, kelistrikan, dan plumbing

Requirements :

§ Minimal SMA Semua jurusan

§ Laki-laki Usia maksimal 35 tahun

§ Berpengalaman dibidangnya

§ Mampu bekerjasama dengan team

§ Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan

§ Memiliki loyalitas tinggi

§ Teliti, Cekatan, Bersedia kerja Shift

§ Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan atasan maupun dengan rekan kerja

§ Memahami Jenis Produk yang diproduksi dengan Baik

§ Tidak buta warna

§ Memastikan Kembali bahwa kondisi barang tersebut berkualitas baik

§ Melakukan pengecekan atau check sheet terhadap mesin Packing

§ Melakukan pengemasan atau packing terhadap barang atau mengoprasikan mesin packing

§ Menyimpan atau Menyusun barang yang sudah dipacking sesuai tempatnya

§ Membersihkan area kerja packing barang setelah selesai bekerja

§ Membuat rekap laporan kerja
