Job Description:

• Melakukan pengawasan pengendalian sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) perusahaan dan instruksi kerja(WI) yang digariskan perusahaan atau atas intruksi atasan untuk kepentingan perusahaan.
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

1. Memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pemangku kepentingan lain (tim hukum, keuangan, tim penjualan) untuk membantu mereka menyediakan semua data terkait kepatuhan;
2. Membantu Sales Support dan Strategy Officer dalam pengelolaan data dan dokumen sehari-hari yang berkaitan dengan pemangku kepentingan lainnya;
3. Mengajukan permintaan harian untuk pembuatan perjanjian, amandemen, dan addendum kepada tim hukum;
4. Mengajukan permintaan harian untuk pembuatan proforma invoice, invoice, dan SOA kepada tim keuangan;
5. Berkoordinasi dengan tenaga penjualan terkait dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pembuatan dokumen hukum dan keuangan, termasuk surat keterlambatan pembayaran dan surat FTP;
6. Melakukan tindak lanjut kepada tenaga penjualan mengenai semua koleksi sekolah yang jatuh tempo beserta dokumen yang diperlukan;
7. Memantau staf dan mengelola dasbor administrasi untuk memastikan data selaras dengan baik; dan
8. Memantau surat penawaran sekolah dari semua paket sambil memastikan kesesuaian dengan skema harga dan diskon.
