POSITION REQUIREMENTS

● SMK, D1, D2, D3 Elektronika, Sistem Otomasi

● 1-5 years of part/full time project

● Memiliki pemahaman tentang komponen dasar (resistor, diode, kapasitor, transistor, dll), komponen tingkat lanjut (IC, Modul elektronik)

● Memiliki pemahaman tentang dasar-dasar kelistrikan dan mampu menganalisa permasalahan kelistrikan

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk merangkai rangkaian elektronika hingga berfungsi dengan semestinya

● Memiliki kemampuan dalam menggunakan alat ukur kelistrikan seperti avometer, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, dan lain-lain

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan instalasi dan pemasangan alat-alat IoT sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi lokasi pemasangan

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk melatih atau membimbing kolega untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemahiran dalam domain atau kompetensi tertentu.

● Memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami tujuan bisnis dan mampu melakukan diskusi konstruktif dengan stakeholders terkait.

– Melakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan sistem mekanikal, elektrikal, sipil, plumbing, serta AC di gedung.

– Menjaga dan merawat aset fisik gedung agar tetap berfungsi dengan baik dan sesuai standar keselamatan.

– Penempatan di Unit Cabang Balikpapan

Keahlian :

– Mampu melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.

– Memahami teknik dasar mekanikal, elektrikal, plumbing, serta pemeliharaan infrastruktur gedung lainnya.

Staff Internal Audit bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan audit sesuai dengan rencana tahunan yang disetujui oleh Direksi. Posisi ini berperan dalam memastikan proses bisnis berjalan sesuai standar, memantau kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan hasil audit. Selain itu, posisi ini juga berperan sebagai konsultan bagi pemilik proses bisnis dan proyek tertentu. Penempatan Jabodetabek.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Melakukan audit sesuai rencana.

– Menindaklanjuti rekomendasi audit.

– Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan regulasi.

– Mengidentifikasi risiko dan memberikan solusi.

– Menyusun laporan audit dan konsultasi proses bisnis.

Keahlian :

– Analisis laporan keuangan dan audit.

– Menguasai standar IPPF untuk audit berbasis risiko.

– Keterampilan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik.

– Kemampuan menggunakan flowchart untuk pemetaan proses bisnis.

– Terampil dalam data sampling dan analisis audit.
