YOUR MISSION

Develop integrated marketing campaigns (PR, social media, direct marketing, digital) to build MAKE UP FOR EVER brand desirability & strengthen positioning in Indonesia. Create awareness of the brand & build customer engagement that translated into Sales – business growth.

You will closely work with Regional team for marketing plan & execution. Creating & presenting business review, sales & campaign performance reports

Products:

• Merchandising allocation (Sellable, Tester, GWP) – forecasting from SG to ID based on assortment planning, store DOI and demand from retailers with clear product analysis vs demand/stock.
• Inventory management for healthy stocks and ability to identify stock issues and provide depletion plan (promo mechanics, exhibition, etc)
• Planning & execute retail monthly mechanic based on analytic sales trend, past performances, upcoming campaign. Do active monitor & tracking, give recommendation to manager and team regarding action plan on trade mechanics
• Good knowledge & actively alert with Beauty market – competitors – trend with good insights – recommendations for brand communication / key focus products action plan 
• On time preparation and execution for all trade related, liaise with other team on the implementation (POP, Voucher, and other visuals) with quality / standard of premium brand
• Support cross function departments for product queries

PR - Digital:

• Work closely with in-house & external agencies to translate / apply brand visual – assets towards tactical, with good eyes & detail on visual and brand premium positioning.
• Source Marketing opportunities through partnership with external parties & build relationship (Mall, Retailers, other brands)
• Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google with agencies. Analyse report provided by Agency and summarized the key metrics result into internal marketing report data
• Conduct market research, competitor review. Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads link for products
• Knowledge in organising Marketing & PR Event (in-store gathering, Product Launching, KOL/MUA gathering, Pop Up Store). Liaising with agency to maximise visibility & create impactful result
• Create post mortem reports on every Marketing activations with clear KPI result and qualitative insights to be presented to Internal & Regional team (PR Events, Make up workshop, and other activations)
• Build & maintain good relationship with KOL & Celebrity MUAs, able to represent the brand in all professional events/brand engagement with external parties
• Manage A&P given with right investment plan, clear KPI & ROI analysis. Campaign evaluation with quantitative & qualitative insights
• Actively update and expand the knowledge within PR & Digital environment. Initiate valuable insights that will help to further expand brand business and growth

Position Purpose:

To execute and administer all importation activities i.e. shipments documentations, timely input of accurate data, provide support for the step by step of the transportation process from Regional and ensure compliance to all trade regulations & the products have been delivered properly and on time as business need.

Description of Duties:

• Checking/validating Hs, notif, desc, size for Verification Order
• Checking, entry, upload and ensure PO sap vs inv (PO_2 inv.+revise qty) Verification Order (VO) all matching
• Follow up VO/inv. confirmation VO & Invoice Inspection
• Follow up Payment Process Inspection fee & send proof
• Re type/copy paste and edit format for Packing List
• Follow up CoA & SAP Invoice receive
• Checking Code,VBN, Qty, batch no and Shelf life to Verify CoA & Remaining Shelf life
• Re type/copy paste and edit Completed CoA file (RFI/Batch) then Finalized CoA (attached with LoA manufacture)
• Entry & upload enclosed: (COA by batch + notice license per items) +authorized letter+B/L+Inv one time Prepare SKI request
• Entry & upload after LS_B/L Sending SKI
• Re type/copy paste and edit completing KSO template with final info/document Prepare Excel LS draft
• Follow up Receive BL/AWB
• Upload Final Document (CoA, Inv, PL, BL/AWB) to KSO
• Follow up Receive LS from KSO Jkt & confirmation
• Checking & correcting LS vs Invoice vs draft SKI (Hs Code, Qty, Ref, batch) & Revision
• Re type/copy paste to template PIB and email Draft PIB and confirmation

Requirement: (Experience, Knowledge & Skills)

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from commercial & business Studies /Administration / Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of working experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Trading Operational / Supply Chain management is preferable
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Preferably to have the knowledge of import documentations, creating PIB documents, banking functions, and import regulations & legal requirements
• Knowledge of international trade/ import requirements for shipments globally preferred
• Good analytical skill, detail oriented, and computer literate
• Thrive for success, able to work under-pressure, and positive toward change and challenge
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Job Descriptions

• Build LUXASIA’s eCommerce service provider business on the key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, etc
• Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns
• Campaign management and onsite investment planning alongside brand teams
• Maintaining store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces
• Coordination with the warehouse and operations team & solving ad-hoc problems
• End-to-end execution of eCommerce operations and seller center systems
• Visual merchandising and store management including utilizing seller tools
• Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners
• Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking
• Strong communication & coordination between internal teams, brand partners, and platforms
• Building relationships with principals, brand management teams, and marketplaces

• eCommerce/retail (2-3 years) – e-marketplace experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Project management
• Strong in data analytics and reporting, and use the data to come up with commercial plans and strategies
