AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager for DELONIX Hotel Karawang. This key role focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team through innovative training programs tailored to our organizational objectives. The L&D Manager will work closely with various departments to assess development needs, design impactful training initiatives, and foster a learning culture that drives performance and employee engagement.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of learning and development.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with e-learning tools and platforms, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for engaging individuals and teams.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess training effectiveness and drive continual improvement.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a training team.
• Willingness to work in Karawang.

• Lead Technical Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• System Customization: Design and implement custom modules and features in Odoo to meet specific business needs for Sales, Service, and Finance teams.
• Integration Management: Develop and manage integrations between Odoo and other business systems, such as Payment Gateway, CRM, IoT.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Code Quality and Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced technical support for Odoo ERP solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes to maintain system reliability.

Purpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area

Key Activities: 

•Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account

•Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship

•Provide training program for the Mineral Market

•Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application Engineering

•Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines

• Memeriksa fisik barang dating disesuaikan dengan spesifikasi dari purchase request (PR) : jika diperlukan berkoordinasi dengan pembuat purchase request (PR)
• Memastikan catatan mutu terdokumentasi dengan baik

• Maintain document control & manage internal audit
• Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
• Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality
• Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
