Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT. Cargo Squad Indonesia membuka kesempatan berkarir untuk posisi Data Analyst yang akan bertanggung jawab dalam menganalisis dan mengelola data operasional kendaraan angkutan barang perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data operasional armada kendaraan (utilization rate, fuel consumption, maintenance records)

- Membuat dashboard dan laporan performa kendaraan secara berkala

- Mengidentifikasi pola dan tren dalam data operasional untuk optimasi rute dan efisiensi bahan bakar

- Memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk peningkatan operasional dan pemeliharaan armada

- Mengembangkan sistem tracking dan monitoring kendaraan yang efektif

- Berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional untuk implementasi solusi berbasis data

Kualifikasi:

- Pendidikan minimal SMA Sederajat

- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang analisis data, lebih disukai di industri logistik/transportasi

- Mahir menggunakan MS Excel

- Pemahaman yang baik tentang fleet management dan logistics operations

- Kemampuan analitis yang kuat dan attention to detail

- Komunikatif dan dapat bekerja dalam tim

• Menawarkan dan menjual produk/solusi IT kepada klien (B2B/Corporate)

Job Description:

1. Responding to clients' requests related to orders and issues
2. Prepare quotations and follow up on sales to customers
3. Coordinate calls, meetings, and close communication with the relevant department
4. Travel to the customer's site for a meeting, discussion, etc. 
5. Updating sales price to the ERP systems
6. Control, monitor, and assure the goods are delivered to customers based on customers' need
7. Building and maintaining good business relations with clients

Tanggung Jawab:

• Menginput transaksi keuangan ke dalam sistem

• Experience in using Revit Software is preferable.

• Willing to be assigned to Project site as Civil Field Engineer
• Capable to conduct simple analysis for foundation and structure
• Capable to review bar bending schedule
• Capable to use STAAD PRO

• Minimum 8 years working experience in Oil & Gas Engineering design including a minimum 5 years working experience in C&A Engineering design work in onshore and/or offshore oil & gas projects.
• Shall have experience in carrying out Detailed Engineering.
• Shall have a thorough knowledge of the use of codes, standards and practice applicable to API, IEE, and IPF classification, selection of instruments and control/safety/fire and gas systems.

• Capable for developing Conceptual Flow Diagram /Operation Sequence of HVAC system for Technical Building (such as Substation and Control), Laboratory, Office, and other industrial building.
• Capable with good communication with other discipline (E&I) to get design information for basis developing HVAC design system and coordination with them for interface design installation.
• Capable and understand the HVAC Cooling Load Calculation and then make necessary adjustment if needed.
• Capable review product HVAC of vendor document such as: drawing, control panel, method statement, and commissioning.
• Capable and understand the requirement/material of HVAC Equipment such as: Air handling unit, Air cooled condensing unit / Air cooled water chiller, Fan / Pump, etc.
• Capable for project Scheduling of HVAC scope: develop project schedules, set milestones, and monitor the progress of each task to ensure timely completion.
• Has knowledge HVAC product brand in Indonesia.
• Experience in HVAC system for Building Modular is advantage.
• Willing to be assigned at project site to handle HVAC System Completion Work, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning of HVAC work.

• Designing steel structure for Pipe rack and Equipment support structure for Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Plant in EPC Project.
• Providing calculation to design steel structure for Pipe Rack and Equipment support structure.
• Designing the modularization steel structure pipe rack and equipment steel structure is preferable.
• Experience in using STAAD PRO on the design for steel structure.

• Designing foundation for Buildings, Pipe rack, Equipment support, Equipment foundation such as Tanks, Vertical & Horizontal Vessels for Oil/Gas and Petrochemical Plant in EPC Project.
• Providing calculation to design foundation.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
• Capability to use MAT3D and Foundation3D software is preferable.
• Capability to conduct foundation dynamic analysis is preferable.

• Full understanding of international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical design philosophy (system and construction design).
• Understand power system analysis and proficient in operating ETAP tool for load flow, short circuit, motor starting, transient study, harmonic analysis, and power factor correction.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Word.
• Working with responsibilities includes preparing & reviewing specifications, datasheets, load lists, requisitions, technical bid evaluations, calculations, BM & BQ, reviewing drawings, and vendor documents.
• Thorough understanding of electrical equipment testing and inspection.
• Strong capability in schedule and design quality control.
• Capable of working in a project team.
• Construction work experience.

• Familiar with the International code and standard such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA

• Well known electrical basic philosophy in design (Construction design)

• Familiar with Electrical design drawing software such as 2D Auto Cad, 3D model (SP3D, PDS, PDMS)

• Familiar to use general Microsoft Word & office

• Strong mind with schedule and design quality

• Experience in using Revit Software is preferable
• Experience in using AutoCAD

• Experience in preparing steel structure drawing in EPC Project
• Capable to provide 3D Model using SP3D, AP3D and Tekla
• Experience in using AutoCAD

• Experience in preparing Drainage Drawing and details and/or foundation drawing in EPC Project.

• Experience in using AutoCAD.

• Experience in several package / machinery equipment such as Nitrogen generation package, Air dryer package, Water treatment package, Chemical injection package, Process package, Marine loading arm, Overhead crane, and Solid handling equipment.
• Understand in Electrical, Instrument and Control requirements, process parameter in package equipment.
• Having several years of experience as a requisition engineer who has the role and responsibility for handling the equipment and materials.
• Preparation and update of the engineering documents and material requisition, Vendor inquiry and Technical Bid Evaluation, V-Doc review,
• Coordination with various internal disciplines including Vendor HAZOP and 3D model review, resolution of technical issues with the vendors, etc.
