Our client is a global aviation company. We are currently seeking a Finance Transformation Coordinator to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and present insights to management.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, monitor receivables and payables, and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, prepare forecasts, and track budget variances to support decision-making.
• Project Management: Oversee financial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Process Improvement and Implementation: Identify areas for process optimization, develop improvement strategies, and lead implementation efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Working and Coordinating with Headquarters and Different Regions: Collaborate with headquarters and regional teams to align financial activities, share best practices, and support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Similar experience in relevant roles, with demonstrated expertise in financial management and project oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA).
• Experience in handling local tax regulations (VAT/CIT/withholding tax) and exposure to international taxation practices.
• Experience in SAP implementation and proficiency in financial software systems.
• Strong leadership skills and a highly motivated attitude to overcome challenges and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• High level of ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding financial standards and regulatory compliance.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common objectives.

• Responsible for delivering a high-quality data entry process for loan applications and document uploads into the system.
• Coordinate with various individuals such as surveyors, credit analysts, branch managers, and marketing teams to support operations.
• Review loan applications to ensure data and document completeness, meeting target SLA times.
• Safeguard all loan documents according to standard operating procedures and provide requested documents promptly for audits.
• Safely store collateral documents temporarily at the branch before transferring them to the Head Office.
• Act as a customer service representative at the branch, liaising with the Head Office's customer experience team to address customer issues and questions.
• Responsible for day-to-day branch operations processing, including generating reports and reconciling payments and costs.
• Ensure all contracts, payment information, and welcome packs are sent to customers promptly.

• At least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of functions such as PIVOT and VLOOKUP.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large data sets.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to given procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate process recommendations in operational areas.

• Sourcing and purchasing materials to suppliers (merchants, distributors, and principals)
• Ensuring product availability to the supplier
• Ensuring product information (item, product, price, and stock) is updated in admin tools
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times
• Ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
• Own product & pricing verification in B2B projects and supply to Toko Bangunan
• Independently solve problems for partners and clients by developing innovative and tailored solutions
• Build strong relationships with suppliers (merchants, distributors, and principals)
