1. Melakukan Monitoring, maintenance, dan Evaluasi terhadap infrastruktur Call Center Polri dalam kondisi terbaik dan berfungsi secara optimal mengacu kepada standart dan kualitas untuk menghasilkan pelayanan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan.

2. Menjamin seluruh teknologi yang terkait dengan pelayanan berfungsi secara optimal mengacu kepada standart dan kualitas yang ditetapkan.

3. Menjaga aktifitas infrastruktur CC Polri berjalan dengan baik 

4. melakukan monitoring, koordinasi, dan evaluasi pengendalian evaluasi pengendalian teknis terhadap infrastruktur CC

5. Memastikan infrastruktur CC dalam kondisi terbaik untuk menghasilkan pelayanan sesuai standar

6. Melaksanakan program maintenance terhadap infrastruktur CC sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah di tetapkan

7. Melakukan backup dan restore datapol
