Kualifikasi

·          Sarjana Akuntansi atau Pajak.

·          Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Pajak (lebih disukai di Konsultan Pajak) dengan level supervisi.

·          Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang aplikasi Pajak (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-Butpot, Coretax) dan regulasi Pajak.

·          Memiliki Brevet A, B, & C.

·        Maintaining electrical equipment and following approved company procedures plan, schedule, control and completely document all work performed on the plant DCS system and distributed PLC’s including troubleshooting and configurations changes.

·        Monitor and assist in the planning of daily and future scheduled plant repairs, included assist to work of Instrumentation and control and DCS personnel to ensure the are working in a safe and efficient manner while following approved company procedures.

·        Working with a variety of technicians.

·        Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions consistent with extreme heat, cold, wetness, dryness, dust, and noisy conditions.

• Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team 

• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set 

• Supervise public areas 

• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to 

• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms  

• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness 

• Maintain a section floor report 

• Conduct regular room checklists 

• Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive Housekeeper 

• Record room status in allocated section accurately

• Conduct daily briefings, supervise and train staff in day-to-day laundry operations  

• Ensure guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing is completed according to department standards and procedures 

• Ensure all guest requests are promptly attended to 

• Records guests and staff laundry lists accurately 

• Post bills accurately and in a timely manner 

• Process all departmental paperwork 

• Check all laundry machinery to ensure that all filters are cleaned regularly and press covers are in good condition; report any machine defects to Engineering 

• Ensure that team members are using laundry equipment properly and keeping them in good condition 

• Keep a strict control and record of items sent for laundering by staff members  

• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performance  

· Responsible in directing, coordinating and monitoring the overall Front Office Operation as directed by the Front Office Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel.

· Direct the Front Office Operation on the absence of the Front Office Manager

· Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising, organizing, directing and coordinating the staff and activities of the Front Office

· Do a daily inspection and control to all Front Office section at least 60% of the time; ensure that Front Office Employees perform their daily duties according to required standards

· To Plan and prepare work schedules for Front Desk Manager, Reservation Supervisor, Chief Operator, Bell captain and Business center Secretary

· Authorize the acceptance of traveler cheques, cash advance, rebates, paid out, refunds on the basis of established procedures

· To work closely with and inform the Front Office Manager of any unusual activities that occur daily

· Monitor and control the rooms situation in connection with reservations, daily occupancy and rooms availability to ensure maximum revenue through effective yield management

· Make sure that each section head at the Font Office Department attends the daily meeting chaired by FOM of Assistant FOM

· Be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to rooms revenues and advice staff concerned to adhered to them in daily operations

· Know all procedures in case of emergency or fire and make sure that staff are periodically trained to face this situation and know their function according to the procedures.

· Participate in the inspection and checking the preparation for VIP's and ensure that they will receive proper treatment as VIP during their stay within Hotel

· Monitor and establish, improve or delete the existing standard and procedures to have more efficient and effective system in order to maintain or improve service and guest satisfaction at the Front Office Department. Consult with Front Office Manager prior to doing so

To oversee the water sports and recreation areas (and kids club if applicable).
• Be a host to the guests / members of the spa. This includes greeting them in person or over the phone 
in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, as well as escorting them to the appropriate facilities.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures manual of the hotel.
• Act as an Ambassador at the hotel representing the brand values for colleagues establishing 
relationships with internal and external stakeholders representing the values of the brand and Accor.
This includes maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

• Assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related

• Maintain detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and of key occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, theatres, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special events 

• Maintain adequate supplies of forms and brochures, and ensure that they are presented in line with the hotel’s operating standards 

• Consult Log Book for information/requests left by outgoing shift 

• Manage guests’ mails, messages, courier services and parcel postage as requested by guests 

• Maintain order and security of guests’ keys and other selected keys kept in Front Office, ensuring key issue policy is followed 

• Receive telephone calls and take messages for guests who are out

Some of your duties will include:

The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

§  Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.

§ Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.

§ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.

§ Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.

§ Enforce strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local mining regulations); Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams.

§ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, incident reports, and safety audits; Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Construction Manager; Ensure inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment is well-maintained and documented.

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance and repair activities within the Process Maintenance’s Central Workshop to support the smooth operation of the mineral processing plant. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and safety of mechanical equipment and tools, while also leading a team of technicians to achieve operational targets efficiently and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Workshop Operations Management:

·        Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance and repair tasks in the central workshop to support plant operations.

·        Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

·        Equipment Maintenance and Repair:

·        Oversee the maintenance and repair of critical plant equipment, such as crushers, conveyors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

·        Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and address mechanical issues promptly.

Continuous Improvement:
