AYANA Hospitality is looking for a Sales Manager - Rooms for our AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA location. As a Sales Manager - Rooms, you will be responsible for driving revenue through sales of hotel rooms. You will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to increase revenue.
• Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market.
• Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Good understanding of the local market and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Develop, train, empower & lead your team of Food & Beverage professionals.
• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensuring all staff engage guests to understand their needs and exceed expectations.
• Developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue. 
• Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets.
• Cost and Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels, implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings.
