Accounting Officer

The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the finance department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections.
• To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable.
• To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients.
   

KUALIFIKASI MARKETING

1. Pendidikan

• Minimal lulusan D3/S1 dari semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan Ekonomi, Manajemen, atau Pemasaran.
• IPK minimal 2.75 (skala 4.00).

2. Pengalaman Kerja

• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing atau penjualan minimal 1 tahun.
• Fresh graduate dengan potensi besar dipersilakan melamar.

About The Role

In Legal - Compliance and Admin Team, you will help and assure Company’s compliance, license, and other parts of compliance matters are aligned with applicable law and regulation in Indonesia. Also you will handle legal administration of the Company and administration of the Legal Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the internal team with legal requests and/or requirements.
• Manage the company's Intellectual Property rights and conduct audits on IP that may potentially infringe upon the company's IP.
• Responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with legal obligations within the legal system in Indonesia (OSS, LKPM, Construction Reports).
• Responsible for internal regulations within the company (coordinating with the HR team).
• Ensure and update the company's permits and licenses.

• Bachelor degree of law from reputable university

• 1- 2 (two) years Post Qualified Experience (PQE)

• Having an experience in construction company would be preferable

• Having experience in handling OSS and LKPM, also accustomed to dealing and communicating with Government institutions.

About The Role

In the Legal - Dispute Resolution Team, you will take care and assure any legal dispute or any potential legal dispute will be acted and resolved accordingly. This team is also responsible to submit legal risk management towards upper-management regarding projects and/or any action from other departments. This team, with the Finance Dept. and the People Dept. will also ensure any misbehaviour, misconduct, and/or any wrongdoing by employees of the Company will be acted accordingly with Company Regulation and applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.

The Guest Relations Officer is directly responsible for the day-to-day operation of the guest Relations section whilst on duty.  On a broader scale, the Guest Relations Officer is to ensure that all the hotel’s guests are greeted, attended to, and assisted with a level of service that is professional, efficient yet friendly and second to none.  The Guest Relations Officer is also to ensure that all guests are made to feel comfortable and welcome in a genuine warm way at all times.

• Responsible for ongoing communication of pertinence using the logbook provided to other shifts.
• Responsible for ensuring that clear and constant communication lines are kept with all staff, other area and Departments.
• To ensure that all guest enquiries and requests are attended to in a helpful, professional yet warm and friendly manner.
• To ensure on a daily basis that you are fully aware of all arrivals to the Hotel, and in particular, VIP’s and return guests, and that you are aware of any special requests so that they may be acted accordingly.
• To ensure that you are completely aware of the complete range of services and facilities that the hotel provides to its guests and visitors.
• To ensure you have a complete and thorough knowledge of the outlets of the hotel, their operating hours and the scope of services that they provide.
• To ensure that Guest Relations Desk is not left unattended at anytime whilst on duty.

• To acquire, through training provided, a complete knowledge of all policies and policies as set down by the hotel that relate specifically to the Guest Relations.
• Efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements, handling guest feedback, provide direction and give suggestions.

• Maximizing room revenue by up-selling to a higher rate category and selling the highest possible rates for walk-in guests.
• Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front desk and back office area.

• Prepare and submit all mandatory regulatory reports, with a focus on timely and accurate OJK reporting.

• Provide monthly Compliance Analysis Reports to management to support informed decision-making.

• Monitor and interpret OJK regulations, and effectively communicate relevant updates to all employees.

• Maintain and organize all compliance-related documentation and ensure proper administration.

• Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of compliance across the organization.

1. Membuat dan menganalisa laporan keuangan untuk management review.
2. Control budget operasional dan CAPEX perusahaan.
3. Membuat ekualisasi Pajak PPh 21, 23/26, 4 (2) dan PPn.
4. Membuat, mereview dan melaporkan PPh badan.
5. Melakukan verifikasi dan control dokumen terhadap seluruh transaksi di Perusahaan sesuai dengan prinsip akuntansi dan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.
6. Membuat laporan budget setiap tahun.
7. Memeriksa dan memastikan ketersediaan dana operasional perusahaan.

Kualfikasi : 

- Pendidikan Minimal D3 / S1 di bidang Teknik Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, atau sesuai disiplin ilmu terkait.

- Pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang HSE, tergantung pada tingkat posisi (Diutamakan di bidang Manufaktur)

- Pengalaman dalam industri yang relevan dengan perusahaan.

- Memiliki Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum Kemenaker.

- Max Usia 40 Tahun.

- Bersedia di tempatkan di area Palembang.
