Manage budgets responsibly on all accounts
Demonstrate the confidence and competence to maintain overall control on all financial matters relating to designated clients including: billing, profitability, forecasting and servicing
Maintain senior level client contact on a regular basis and ensure full understanding of client business, internal and external influencing factors, budgeting constraints and PR needs

Nurture morale and teamwork within the group of accounts you supervise and provide all staff with growth opportunities within agency
Handle issues and crisis management on behalf of clients
Work with teams to enter MSL and industry Awards with client programmes
Develop new ideas and strategies for existing clients and identify opportunities to demonstrate new initiatives on behalf of clients
Actively seek out new business prospects and convert into pitch opportunities
Take an active role in new business gain
Develop new business programmes, taking the lead on developing, managing the pitch process, that wins new business
