·                Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on credit products (loans, buy now pay later, etc.) or related financial services.

·                Credit Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, credit risk, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup or similar environment.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Design, and Business Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Expertise in balancing user (Supermoms and Supermom Clients) needs with business (Supermom Pte Ltd) goals and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making.
• A deep understanding or willingness to learn of our target users, parents and brands looking to connect with parents.
• Experience in optimizing B2C flows and Marketing Automation tools preferred.

At INDICO, we are looking for a passionate UI/UX Product Designer to become a part of our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across our product lines. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our digital products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, and determine product design requirements
• Conceptualize visuals and user experiences based on requirements
• Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and engineers to produce final designs
• Participate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Define acceptable success criteria/metric of product design, and conduct effective usability testing to measure
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with product-brand guidelines
• Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines

• 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design, mobile app, mobile web, desktop web. Please include your portfolio with your application.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and user-centered methodologies
• Strong experience with MUI design system, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator
• Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
