• Coordinate with the Controlling & Reporting function in review and monitor the effectiveness and objectivity of the auditor(s).
• Manage liquidity, cash flow and the treasury function, working closely with the CFO.
• Monitor the preparation, review and submit to the Planning & Risk Management function the proposed annual budget of the Corporate Finance function.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards (IFRS and GAAP).
• Work with department heads to prepare and monitor the Devex and Capex budgets, analyze the benefits and costs; recommending corrective actions if necessary.
• Manage the capital approval and drawdown processes with Masdar Group finance.
• Monitor the Company’s need for capital including optimizing capital structure
