Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan tugas utama bagian staff purchasing / pembelian dari dalam dan luar negeri
• Mencari dan menganalisa calon supplier
• Bersedia melakukan pengecekan dilapangan / keluar kantor
• Melakukan negosiasi harga sesuai standar kualitas
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak supplier mengenai kelengkapan dokumen
• Membuat laporan pembelian dan pengeluaran barang (inventory)
• Melakukan pengelolaan dan pengadaan barang

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan Minimal D3

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun

• Dapat Melakukan Negosiasi yang baik

• Dapat menggunakan Aplikasi Komputer, minimal Ms.Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Mampu bekerja secara individual & team

Service Excellence : Layanan administrasi dan kepatuhan untuk Keunggulan Layanan, memahami tentang layanan EXIM/Pengiriman dan DHL dan asset manajemen peralatan

Bertanggung jawab atas kualitas masing-masing departemen yang meliputi pengujian laboratorium, pemeriksaan bahan baku, inspeksi produk sesuai Standar 

Responsibility:

• Memproses dokumen pembelian dari penetapan nomor permohonan pembelian sampai  dengan penginputan data
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengarsipan dokumen-dokumen pembelian
• Membuat laporan pembelian bulanan kepada atasan
• Mempersiapkan dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan dan proses invoicing dari transaksi yang dilaksanakan kepada pemasok
• Memastikan material atau barang yang dibeli sesuai dengan standar kualitas yang berlaku

Kualifikasi :

1. Seluruh jurusan
2. Usia maksimal usia 35 Tahun
3. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Purchasing
4. Memiliki kemampuan bernegosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik
5. Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office
6. Mampu mengendarai mobil menjadi nilai tambah

Responsibilities Area:

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, product management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and product development in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and market alignment.
• Proficiency in market research, customer analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to guide product and business strategies.
• Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
• Understanding of technology trends in education and how they can be leveraged to create innovative products.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

1. Ensuring the receipt and inspection of incoming goods according to orders.
2. Conducting the process of receiving and checking the quality of goods.
3. Communicating with distributors to ensure the availability of appropriate stock.
4. Optimizing the receiving process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Jobdesc:

• This staff will visit the local purchasing staff of these potential customers (companies) and develop good business relationships.
• Through the local purchasing staff of customers, this staff will find out what kind of products the customer wants.
• Then he/she will start looking for a supplier (a manufacturer) that can make the products requested by the customer.
