I. Purpose of the job

Selling Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries, Precision Cooling and Smart Solution

II. Job responsibility:

• Sell Rectifier Charger, UPS, Inverter, DC to DC converter, Batteries, Precision Cooling and Smart Solution

• Develop and grow the Powerplant market

• Take care relation with customers and create new opportunity

• Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager

• Visit customers and introduce products by presentation or etc.

III. Essential Professional Experience:

• At least have 2 years working experience in similar position.

• At least have good relationship with Powerplant Segment, such as PLN Nusantara

Power, PT. PLN Indonesia Power, PLN Engineering and other

IV. Skill:

• Capable working with computer (ex. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)

• Have strong presentation skill

• Have strong communication skill

• Fluent in English in both verbal and writing is advantage

V. Qualification:

• Age range 25 – 35 years old

• Minimum Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is advantage or have sales electrical    

    products background

• Familiar in industrial power supply such as UPS, Rectifier Charger, Batteries, Precission

   Cooling and Smart Solution is advantage

• Have networking in power plant

• A driver type salesperson with a high ambition

• Strong business acumen and mental attitude to grow the business

• Have pleasant analytic, salesmanship personality, hardworking and good appearance

• Strong motivation, able to work independently and in a team

• Ready and able to go on a business trip

1. Memantau operasional toko dan SPG sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah di tentukan
2. Mengfollow up jika toko ada kerusakan yang belum segera di perbaiki
3. Memantau perkembangan pendapatan toko
4. Membuat program promosi rutin
5. Membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan toko, Stok dan retur
6. Memantau media sosial
7. Memantau perkembangan pesaing 
8. Membuat report hasil dari promosi yang dilakukan
9. Membuat report perkembangan pendapatan Toko
10. Memberikan ide untuk perkembangan produk

• To manage, organise and control resources, expenditures and personnel within the workshop and site environment  
• Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures 

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all purchasing activities including sourcing, contract negotiation, and expediting delivery schedule.

- Execute purchasing strategies.

- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

- Partner with team and document control to ensure clear documentation.

- Monitor cost reduction and increase for materials purchased.

- Seek and partner with reliable vendors/suppliers.

- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

- Coordinating with suppliers and forwarders in shipping and customs processes and procedures related to importation, on timely delivery of materials.

Issuing purchase orders for local and overseas purchases.

- Establish and maintain an independent supplier’s performance monitoring systems to ensure compliance with performance and quality standards and close liaison with suppliers.

1. Untuk melakukan proses pemesanan ulang pada kelompok pemasok Anda, dan kemudian menginterpretasikan laporan ini dan melakukan pemesanan pembelian.
2. Untuk memastikan bahwa produk dibeli, dengan jumlah dan kualitas yang dibutuhkan, dan pada waktu yang tepat, untuk memastikan manfaat biaya yang optimal bagi perusahaan. Ini berarti Anda harus mengetahui dan memahami setiap detail tentang sistem pemesanan ulang komputer.
3. Melacak pesanan dan memastikan pengiriman tepat waktu
4. Melakukan riset pasar untuk mengidentifikasi tren harga
5. Mengevaluasi penawaran dari vendor dan menegosiasikan harga yang lebih baik
6. Mempersiapkan analisis biaya

What you'll do:

✨ Develop and implement marketing strategies

Staff Administrasi

1. Selling Food & Beverage ingredients to HORECA & B2B
2. Create and maintain good relationships with the existing customers through regular contacts and/or meetings
3. Deliver weekly and monthly progress sales achievement versus monthly sales target
4. Achieve monthly sales target by creating new projects while maintaining existing business
5. In-depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
6. Applicable experience in sales performance metrics
7. Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
8. Achievement Oriented

- Translate documents from Chinese to Indonesian or vice versa

- Assist in communication between Managers and local employees and during meetings

- Help do the work of filling and administration division

- Assist and report directly to the Area Manager

- Helping the Manager's communication with the Customer

• Create comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in modern trade channels, both nationals and local modern trade channels.
• Overseeing the budget for modern trade channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and profitability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account partners.
• Create and ensure the delivery of JBP (joint business plan)
• Manage and develop a team of key account representatives.
