1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
2. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Mandarin atau Bahasa Inggris lebih diutamakan

1.   Melakukan koordinasi dalam penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang/perangkat serta perpindahan dengan User terkait.

2.   Melakukan koordinasi berkala dengan tim inventory kantor Pusat.

3.   Melakukan pendataan atas penerimaan, pengeluaran dan perpindahan barang/perangkat

4.   Mengelola dan memantau keamanan stock barang atau perangkat

5.   Mengelola dan mengendalikan persediaan barang/perangkat fisik dengan stock dan data riil.

6.   Mengelola sistem penyimpanan Barang/Perangkat dengan efektif. 

7.   Mengajukan permintaan permintaan Barang, Perangkat, Tools yang berkelanjutan sebagai penunjang Operasional di kantor maupun dilapangan.

8.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang site dan memberikan pelaporan kepada inventory pusat. ( cabang )

9.   Melakukan stock opname berkala bulanan pada gudang penyimpanan dan memberikan pelaporan kepada Head Of Division. ( Pusat )

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Melakukan perencanaan, strategi dan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa dari seluruh Direktorat;
• Melakukan review Kerangka Acuan Kerja (KAK), Spesifikasi dan harga perkiraan dari user sebelum dijadikan sebagai dokumen pengadaan;
• Melakukan analisis, memonitor dan mengendalikan proses pengadaan barang/jasa dengan sistem yang ada dan sesuai dengan standarisasi Perusahaan.
• Melakukan proses pemilihan penyedia sebagai pelaksana pengadaan atau pelaksanaan pembelian;
• Mempertimbangkan anggaran, persyaratan stok dan keterampilan yang diperlukan;
• Memastikan pemasok memenuhi persyaratan khusus dari Perusahaan, seperti akreditasi ISO atau tingkat asuransi tertentu yang di persyaratkan;
• Menyerahkan salinan dokumen pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa kepada Penanggung Jawab Kegiatan (PJK);
• Melakukan penyimpanan dokumen dan hasil pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa ke dalam sistem dokumen elektronik Perusahaan;
• Melakukan koordinasi implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Kontraktor PAM JAYA (SMK2P);
• Membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban atas pelaksanaan kegiatan barang/jasa kepada Pengguna Anggaran.

Some of your duties will include:

·        Create new catalogue items as requested by user Department through series of assessment to determine stock classification, mnemonic, etc.

·        Change material master information based on review result with user area

·        Cleansing potential duplication of material master

·        Standardize material description and manufacture part number

• mengerti dan mengenal istilah-istilah dan dokumen dalam bidang export import
• bertanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan dokumen dokumen yang diperlukan untuk melakukan proses pengeluaran barang import dari pelabuhan dan proses pengiriman barang export
• mengerti cara melakukan pemesanan unit container import dan export, jasa ekspedisi, menghubungi pelayaran, dsb.
• bertanggung jawab atas jadwal dan pengiriman barang dari supplier, dan follow up hingga barang tiba di gudang tujuan

Responsibility:

• Memproses dokumen pembelian dari penetapan nomor permohonan pembelian sampai  dengan penginputan data
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengarsipan dokumen-dokumen pembelian
• Membuat laporan pembelian bulanan kepada atasan
• Mempersiapkan dokumentasi yang dibutuhkan untuk kegiatan dan proses invoicing dari transaksi yang dilaksanakan kepada pemasok

·        Give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of sourcing, procurement, expediting, shipping, importation, distribution and payment of goods, commodities, equipment and materials procured.

Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Mencatat, merekap, dan menyimpan reagent dengan sistem pengkodean dan pengaturan sesuai kriteria. Menyiapkan dan mendistribusikan reagent yang diminta oleh laboratorium.
• Membuat laporan tentang stok reagent yang mencapai batas minimum dan melaporkan kondisi bahaya, metode kerja tidak aman, serta kecelakaan kepada atasan.
• Mengikuti prosedur kerja perusahaan, ketentuan pengendalian risiko, serta pelatihan keselamatan untuk memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan secara aman dan sesuai standar K3.
• Memastikan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) sesuai ketentuan perusahaan, melaporkan kondisi APD yang tidak layak pakai, dan meminta penggantian jika diperlukan.
• Menjalankan dan mematuhi standar ISO/IEC 17025 dalam semua kegiatan operasional laboratorium.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all purchased products and services meet the company's quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to resolve any supplier-related issues.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost analyses, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments such as Production, Logistics, and Finance to understand their needs and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements.
