Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Proficient in English
• At least 2 years of experience as a 5S Specialist
• Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledgeable in maintaining and developing manufacturing processes
• Proficient in computer operation
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Proficient in English or Mandarin (spoken and written)

Mensupervisi team quality control

Memeriksa, meverifikasi dan memutuskan pengeluaran produk.

Melakukan survei penyebab komplain customer dan mengusulkan saran perbaikan tahap awal

Memastikan sesuai dengan peraturan buku panduan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi melakukan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi produk dengan seksama

Memastikan pengeluaran barang setiap jenis produk sudah dilengkapi dengan produk cadangan.

Memeriksa format penulisan label produk sudah baku, lengkap, menjamin isi label produk dalam kotak pengemasan dengan produk nyatanya sesuai dan persyaratan perlindungan lingkungan dari customer.

Pencatatan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi yang relevan dengan akurat, menjamin keakuratan dari hasil pemeriksaan dan verifikasi, dan menyimpan serta mengelola secara keseluruhan.

Staff Engineering

• Menyiapkan draft permintaan material berdasarkan permintaan dari tim proyek
• Meminta PCE (Project Controller Engineer) dan DCE (Design Controller Enginner) untuk mempublikasikan konfigurasi
• Memantau rilis (Catatan pengiriman) DN hingga manajemen layanan (MOS) di lapangan
• Memantau proses penandatanganan dokumen atau persetujuan terkait aktivitas di lapangan dan melakukan verifikasi untuk memastikan aktivitas dan instalasi di lokasi memenuhi standar dan spesifikasi
• Bertanggung jawab dalam memastikan pengiriman material tepat waktu (KPI OTD1), penandatanganan di lapangan, verifikasi di lapangan, manajemen layanan (MOS) Tepat Waktu dan Akurasi manajemen layanan (MOS)
• Mendukung pelaksanaan pengiriman proyek dengan memastikan dan meningkatkan keberhasilan pasokan peralatan instalasi yang dibutuhkan
• Koordinasikan erat dengan tim rantai pasokan internal lainnya dan pahami ruang lingkup pergudangan, pengiriman lokal, logistik terbalik, HTM, POD

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

·        Merencanakan & membuat Stategi Jumlah pasien & sales perusahaan perminggu

·        Menjalin Kerjasama Perusahaan baru diluar rekanan klinik dengan target 3 Perusahaan baru setiap bulan (MOU Perusahaan)

·        Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Agency Asuransi atau Klinik rekanan yang sesuai dengan kriteria Klinik Sahid

·        Menjalin Kerjasama MCU Perusahaan baik calon karyawan maupun Annual

·        Memfollow Up Penawaran Kerjasama baik Pelayanan Kesehatan maupun penunjang medis dengan baik & tepat sasaran

·        Membuat fee rekanan asuransi & perusahaan yang telah bekerjasama

·        To ensure maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard.

·        To conduct coordination Fire Protection Corrective Maintenance work with related stakeholder

·        Conduct corrective maintenance on site wide basis.

·        Site wide area includes port site, township, concentrator, mine, and off site.

·        Reviewing and produce design modification for expansion, retrofit or change of function on buildings.

·        Prepare change of management form & engineering request for any changes, to be reviewed by Superintendent & submit to respective stakeholders.

·        Systems that include in corrective maintenance are Fire Alarm System, Water Based Fire Protection System, Aspirating Smoke Detection System, Foam Based Fire Protection System, Gas Fire Suppression System and Fire Pump.

·        Coordinate with planner to ensure all Preventive maintenance requirements are well prepared.

·        Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance team during corrective maintenance work to ensure any plan well delivered.
