Regional Agency Head (East)

Leads Hub Lead 

1. Recommend the sales force to be recruited in appointed region.

2. Coordinate and monitor recruitment of agency sales force in appointed region and ensure the quality of recruited agents.

3. Organize and monitor sales activity of sales force in appointed region.

4. Develop the sales force’s capability in appointed region with training, coaching and mentoring programs.

5. Develop, coach and evaluate subordinates to ensure productive and competent talent.

1. Responsible for area sales productivity

2. Responsible to monitor MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia's Bancassurance Consultant activity

3. Alongside Head of Bancassurance Regional, responsible to evaluate & develop BC's performance

4. Responsible to build and maintain excellent business realtionship with Bank Partner Leaders & Staff

Kriteria :

• Wanita/Pria berusia 19 - 30 tahun;
• Pendidikan minimal D3 Administrasi Bisnis;
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan;
• Berpengalaman dalam bidang administrasi otomotif menjadi nilai tambah;
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Head Office Semarang;

• Has at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Has minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design development, construction documentation, and detailing on a wide variety of project types.
• Competent Revit user with proven experience from previous projects
• Has knowledge of architectural design and knows the basics of architectural drawing set production and 3D coordination
• Possesses excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written & verbal

Job Description

• Handling recruitment and selection activity;
• Sourcing candidates based on requirement needs;
• Conducting interview selected candidates and arrange management/user interview;
• Researching candidates’ backgrounds check;
• Handling report of recruitment process and administration task related to hiring;
• Monitor program/training progression, completion and its effectiveness;
• Liaise with third-party and professionals on external training starting with registration, evaluation and payment;
• Conduct the orientation program for new joiner;
• Preparing the exit clearance and interview.

• Melakukan screening CV pelamar berdasarkan kesesuaian kriteria dari user

• Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksaan onboarding karyawan baru

• Melakukan administrasi dokumen proses rekrutmen

• Dapat berkomunikasi dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan kandidat
