Membuat perencanaan , kelola dan evaluasi kinerja pemasaran yg dilakukan atas pencapaian penjualan yg diperoleh, problem solving terhadap kendala yg dihadapi dalam upaya pencapaian sales dari sisi pemasaran serta melaporkan implementasi atas startegi pemasaran yg telah ditentukan dalam rangka mencapai target perusahaan.

• Menawarkan barang atau jasa produksi perusahaan kepada konsumen.
• Menjelaskan spesifikasi produk yang dijual kepada konsumen.
• Memberikan simulasi hitungan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan dan menjelaskan manfaat yang akan diperoleh.
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan pelanggan.

You are required to possess excellent analytical skills, full knowledge of accounting systems, statistics and reporting. This role supervises the essential financial activities of the hotel, focusing on profitability and producing accurate financial reporting for strategic decision-making and budgeting purposes. We believe a Finance Manager should have strong business acumen, solid numeracy skills, and an investigative nature to ensure the hotel’s financial success.

Responsibilities include :

• Assist in overseeing & is accountability for the operations of the entire property.
• Supervise and coordinate the teams of housekeeping, maintenance & assist in supervising & coordinating front desk on a day to day basis.

• Ensures property & assets are kept up to standard & are maintended.
• Develop, implement and review operational standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure full compliance to SOPs, policies, procedures and service standards.
• Assist HR with recruiting, hiring and payroll when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Assists the GM with budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
• Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult employee relations situations.
• To fill in for basic duties of Operations Manager on their leave.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

Accounting and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage cash flow, including forecasting, and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign currency exchange, interest rates, and other financial instruments.
• Ensure the company’s financial policies and procedures are effective and up-to-date.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

• Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to execute growth initiatives.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on key growth metrics, and use insights to optimize strategies.

Experimentation and Testing:

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to identify the most effective growth strategies.
• Iterate on successful experiments to scale growth efforts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with product and engineering teams to develop features that drive growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize campaigns.

User Acquisition:

• Develop and execute campaigns to acquire new users through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and more.

User Retention and Engagement:

• Implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention, including onboarding programs, loyalty programs, and personalized experiences.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Reporting and Documentation:

About you

You will be responsible for driving sales of elevator modernization services. This role involves assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. This position reports to the Section Manager MOD&BEX for Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationship with all customers and develop good working relationship with new customers.
• Site survey / visit to understand better for new design concept and technical solution proposal.
• Developing technical solutions, prepare complex technical sales quotations and drawings for the end user in coordination.
• Check final order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify / solve any discrepancies.
• Handle customer request / questions about signed terms & conditions and check changes against the agreed bidding document, performance guarantee / Bank guarantee.
• Liaison with end user and consultants on technical solutions and technical specification.
• Managing project delivery right from received PO till delivery to site.
• Achieving sales target and implement sales excellence mindset.

Requirements

• 3 years of industry experience including a minimum of 2 years of sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of Building or Construction or Engineering industry.
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
• Candidates must possess proficient presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines.
