• Helping card utilization by conducting sales activities on the mobile sales channel through sales strategy communication by offering product benefits for direct use of the card
• Make event activities (office building, malls and others) periodically to achieve targets
• Build a strong team with good quality and productivity goals so that CPA can be achieved on target.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly sales plans of SPV and ASM to ensure the achievement of the specified targets
• Performing special handling for large corporate customers as Key Corporate Account
• Maintain Account Quality/AQT Rate by making sales according to the target market

• Manage human resources as needed, both outsourced and head count with good quality
• Develop human resources in the work team effectively and efficiently so that productivity results are achieved according to targets with good quality

Compliance (Regulatory Compliance)

• Responsible for maintaining sales and service quality standards
• Apply KYC & CDD, understand product knowledge and selling skills

• Design short term sales plan and coordinate with internal related parties
• Design marketing plan by identify focus winning industry for the branch

• Obtain profitable results by increasing Branch lending and funding portfolio
• Manage branch’s NPL portfolio by maintain credit quality of the branch

• Manage sales team by developing team through directing, evaluating and motivating
• Responsible on branch staff fullfilment as per budget

• Ensure all Branch activities in according with guidance by manage, monitor and control branch daily activities

• Work closely with commercial center to ensure quality of credit   still on track 
• Together with Commercial Center to managed the pipelines for the area covered and decide which account to be push forward into the credit chain.
• Make a pre-credit proposal (include credit proposal for renewal, new loan within credit limit)  and complete document requirement in order to grow profit and portfolio
• Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and develop transaction with new customer to make a renewal transaction in order to increase outstanding loan
• Cross-sell a banking product to new and existing customers according to customers needs in order to help increasing profit
• Re-check document which has been checked by Client Services in order to complete credit proposal requirement so it could be more accountable in respective internal related parties 
• Do a normal credit process in a timely manner to ease up the booking process in order to fullfilled customers needs
