• Preparing invoices, sorting delivery order, and supporting pricing
  administration.
• Updating delivery control, checking cycle count, making debit note, and
  downloading barcode delivery.
• Being a personal assistant to Head of Department (HoD), such as handling HoD claim, work on business trip, etc.
• Conducting general administrative function and support.
• Assisting travel coordinator tasks.

• Assist the Ship Repair Manager in planning, organizing, and managing ship repair projects in the shipyard
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ship repair works
• Review and analyze repair specifications and requirements provided by ship owners
• Participate in the negotiation process with ship owners and suppliers
• Coordinate and monitor the progress of repair works, ensuring that they are completed within the agreed time frame and budget
• Supervise and provide guidance to the ship repair team, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in ship repair activities
• Perform quality control checks and inspections to ensure the adherence to specifications and standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of ship repair activities

• Min. Diploma in Marine Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in ship repair projects or shipyard operations
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of ship repair processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the maritime industry
• Those with more senior experience will be considered for manager.
