Position Overview: As a Sales Executive specializing in the Government Segment at our hotel, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with government clients to drive sales and revenue growth. You will be tasked with understanding the unique needs and requirements of government agencies, leveraging your sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our hotel's offerings, and ultimately closing deals to secure government contracts and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target government agencies at the local, state, and federal levels as potential clients.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the government segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within government organizations, including procurement officers, travel managers, and event planners.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings to showcase the features, amenities, and capabilities of our hotel, emphasizing how they align with the unique requirements of government clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including event planning, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services for government bookings.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with government clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.
- Stay informed about government regulations, policies, and budgetary constraints that may impact the hospitality industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Track sales metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities within the government segment.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, conferences, and trade shows targeting government professionals to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in government sales strategies.
