Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

·        Merencanakan & membuat Stategi Jumlah pasien & sales perusahaan perminggu

·        Menjalin Kerjasama Perusahaan baru diluar rekanan klinik dengan target 3 Perusahaan baru setiap bulan (MOU Perusahaan)

·        Menjalin Kerjasama dengan Agency Asuransi atau Klinik rekanan yang sesuai dengan kriteria Klinik Sahid

·        Menjalin Kerjasama MCU Perusahaan baik calon karyawan maupun Annual

·        Memfollow Up Penawaran Kerjasama baik Pelayanan Kesehatan maupun penunjang medis dengan baik & tepat sasaran

·        Membuat fee rekanan asuransi & perusahaan yang telah bekerjasama

1. Perform marketing analysis

2. Develop and assess the value of data collection methods

3. Present marketing data analysis and make valuable recommendations

4. Prepare weekly, monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc reports

5. Tracks and forecasts trends related to push/pull marketing

Job Description:

• As brand representative in Distributor area, responsible for achieving sales target assigned by Distributor and directing Distributor salesmen in doing standardized branding implementation.
• Responsible to communicate any Selling or Marketing program to Distributor other salesmen, and gather consolidated feedback from Distributor (if any) regarding any program or disputes that might be happening in the future.
• Become the leader for all Distributor salesmen in terms of Cessa effective selling tactics, and standardized Cessa 7 steps-of-calls SOP in the market.
• Monitor Cessa dedicated SPG in stores & SPG event (if any) activations.
• Become the initiator for BIG NEW Outlets or MT Channels opportunity in the area

1. To handle and support marketing program administrative works 
2. To coordinate with sales team and related vendor/parties
3. To create a report (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
4. To support pull activities execution and coordinating with Field Agents to monitor the activity

• Menawarkan & memasarkan produk Regulator, selang,kompor ke Agen dan toko-toko
• Memasarkan Produk ke Tradisional Market
• Mencari distributor dan Agen baru.
• Mencapai target perbulan yang telah ditentukan
• Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran pembayaran pelanggan yang sudah jatuh tempo.
• Melakukan kunjungan rutin ke Agen & Toko.
• Membuat rekap/laporan penjualan.
