As a CRM & Loyalty Executive on the Customer Marketing team at Love, Bonito, you will be the advocate for our customers, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected in all aspects of our CRM and loyalty efforts. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the LBCommunity Rewards program, from catalogue management to rewards optimization. What you will be doing:

• Actively lead the Corporate segment’s financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements  
• Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
• Negotiates prices with the clients
• Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
