About The Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to become an integral part of our dynamic Marketing & Brand Communication team. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of modern marketing tools, techniques, and strategies, as well as the ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. This role requires collaboration with the broader marketing team and cross-functional support teams to ensure the successful planning, implementation, and timely delivery of campaigns within budget. The candidate should also demonstrate strong project management skills, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset to achieve measurable outcomes.
What you will do, but not limited to:
- Expert in managing app campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Search (SEM/SEO) & Programmatic on e-commerce or consumer goods industry, and other relevant channels, with a focus on driving client/user acquisition, increasing client/user engagement and conversion, as well as achieving measurable growth including its digital marketing technology tools (Google Tag Manager, MMP, etc)
- Proficient in implementing retargeting strategies on Self-Reporting Networks (SRN) and partner networks to re-engage users effectively and maximize campaign ROI/ROAS.
- Skilled in enhancing brand awareness within the digital ecosystem by creating impactful campaigns that increase visibility, drive traffic to websites or apps, and generate high-quality leads.
- Capable of designing, executing, and analysing experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion rates, improve user experiences, and refine marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical expertise with the capability to connect data to data studio or related marketing analytical tools to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across various marketing channels and touchpoints, identifying opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Committed to staying current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and performance advertising to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, working seamlessly with diverse teams to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree majoring in economics, marketing, communication, business major, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience preferably in media planning/buying agency, B2B/B2C Tech, E-commerce industry and experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, Search (SEM) & Programmatic on e-commerce or consumer goods industry, and other relevant channels with a proven track record of driving results.
- Skilled in data analysis and performance measurement, with the ability to interpret complex advertising metrics, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI/ROAS.
- Strong creative abilities to conceptualize, develop, and implement compelling ad creatives that align with brand objectives and effectively engage audiences across diverse platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in retargeting campaigns, including identifying key performance metrics, tracking user behaviour, and applying advanced optimization methods to re-engage audiences and maximize conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling seamless coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
