Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across Indonesia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share in the medical aesthetics field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes digital, print, event, and direct marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities deliver a high return on investment.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that effectively promote our products and services to target audiences.
• Lead the organization and participation in industry exhibitions, workshops, and other promotional events.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.
• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with key industry partners, including media, influencers, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Track and report on marketing campaign results, adjusting strategies as needed to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and medical aesthetics community.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare and aesthetics.

The Specialized Sales Manager and Account Executive will play an essential role in managing, developing and growing Visa’s business with our Tier-3 clients in targeted regions. In this role, you will be the primary contact for small institutions, addressing inquiries, solving problems and freeing up resources from country-specific sales and functional areas to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for generating leads, executing sales initiatives and implementing business development and portfolio management strategies in continuous collaboration with Sales and Cross Functional Areas.
