Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Management

• Develops a public relations program for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with Marketing in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets
• Develops media contacts, plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity.
• Develops and organizes promotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPs and media to promotional activities; prepares and issues press releases
• Establishes sales leads from the study of magazines, newspapers and form personal contacts; coordinates sales leads with Banqueting and Sales Departments
• Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade and consumer media

As the HCD Manager, you will be responsible to oversee employee management and development in the organization. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement Human Capital Development strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organizational Development, Talent Management, excellent leadership, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee succession planning identification and processes to ensure a pipeline of talent, and create development plans to prepare them for leadership roles.
• Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure critical roles are filled.
• Monitor & analyze talent management metrics to assess program effectiveness.
• Lead change management efforts during organizational transformations.
• Implement performance management systems & standards to assess and enhance employee performance.
• Work with leadership to develop strategies that enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
• Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals.
• Participate in Human Capital Development initiatives

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Law, or a related field
• 10 years of experience in similar role, with at least 3 years in managerial position
• A passion for fostering positive organizational change and employee development
• Ability to communicate effectively to all level of stakeholders in the organization
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skill
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus

About the role:

As a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you’ll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping enterprise financial services companies grow their businesses and deliver world-leading solutions to their clients. By providing industry-leading solutions, you’ll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.

What you will be doing:

• Sells products and/or services and develops new account relationships.

• Solicits and maintains network of prospects.

• Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and/or services.

• Works as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts

• Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence.

• Prepares and presents proposals to clients utilizing FIS resources and tools.

• Negotiates, structures and closes “deals” that meet customer expectations and FIS’s ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the resources plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.

• Assists in the development of sales plans and strategies.

• Meets sales goals and objectives.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

 What you will need

• 10+ years experience in Sales

• Strong experience selling to FSI Industry

• Strong experience selling software or solutions

• Strong experience in either Payments or Core banking solutions preferred

• Experience in successful sales and complex deals/contract negotiations with Major banks preferred

• Relentless persistence to overcome the challenges that face successful high-performing sellers

• Strong collaborative skills with leading presales and professional services colleagues

• Pipeline hygiene using Dynamics to secure the support of FIS leadership to work with you to overcome sales challenges
