Purpose of role: This role will be responsible to maintain and develop sales growth for all John Crane product portfolio in East Java area
Key Activities:
ā¢Execute plan to exceed sales targets from existing and new customer account
ā¢Presenting the product range and its technical attributes / benefits for customers and maintaining relationship
ā¢Provide training program for the Mineral Market
ā¢Support and coordinate customer enquiries, quote preparation for non-pricelist products and work with Application Engineering
ā¢Facilitate price and negotiations in accordance with the guidelines
ā¢Preparation of monthly reports to communicate plan and progress.
ā¢Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
ā¢ Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
ā¢ Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
ā¢ Actively promote positive safety culture.
ā¢Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
ā¢ Compliance to work instructions.
ā¢ Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
ā¢ Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
ā¢ Other duties as assigned.
