Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan yang efektif, menjalin hubungan dengan pelanggan, serta mencapai target penjualan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Bertanggung jawab dalam menjalin hubungan baik kepada customer maupun calon customer untuk memperkenalkan dan memasarkan produk serta layanan gas dari Citigas Energi Indonesia kepada berbagai sektor industri dan komersial.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Pengembangan Penjualan:
   • Mencari prospek dan mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru.
   • Melakukan pendekatan langsung kepada pelanggan potensial untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan Citigas Energi Indonesia.
   • Membuat proposal penawaran dan negosiasi kontrak penjualan.
2. Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan:
   • Menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan baru dan existing.
   • Memberikan solusi atas kebutuhan energi pelanggan secara profesional dan tepat waktu.
   • Menyampaikan informasi teknis produk serta memberikan layanan purna jual.

As Marcomm Coordinator, your essential responsibilities and duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in developing and implementing the company's overall marketing strategy.

• Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy

As our next Product Manager, you will get a chance to help customer problems, define product visions, and build products to scale. You will work alongside the other Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and UX designers to help Amartha to deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Capture insights from newly released features, experiments, research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product

• At least 2 years of product management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced in development with agile methods.
• Plus point if you have experience working in fintech.
