1. Melakukan peninjauan rutin terhadap semua konten pedagang di backend untuk memastikan materi yang berkualitas tinggi dan akurat.
2. Secara berkala memperbarui dan menjaga informasi pedagang agar mencerminkan data yang akurat dan terkini.
3. Mengidentifikasi dan segera memperbaiki segala ketidaksesuaian, kesalahan, atau inkonsistensi dalam konten pedagang.
4. Memastikan semua konten pedagang sesuai dengan pedoman, regulasi, dan protokol yang ditetapkan oleh GrabFood.
5. Menyiapkan pembaruan dan laporan rutin mengenai kualitas konten dan kemajuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang teridentifikasi.

- Lead on numerous improvement and process excellence projects aimed at technology development.

- Periodically collecting and analyzing data from the field to capture issues related to process and quality findings.

- Using statistical analysis or simulations to analyze the information to define operational problems, develop improvement plan, 

and develop practical solutions.

- Provide comphrenhsive solution regarding the operational improvement with challenging timelines.

- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously by organizing own time and team resources to ensure activities are 

completed as per project timeline.

- Communicate effectively with partners to maintain agreement on project plans and obtain support from colleagues where necessary within departments or other departments.

Job Description:

• Identify related curriculum and continuing learning program / classes
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' core competencies
• Analyze utilization of Learning Management System
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment with talent development initiatives (Initiative : Interesting with new technology, example Gen AI)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge of core competency development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
