ThinkWell is an emerging health systems development organization that is in a major growth phase. Determined to transcend the status quo, ThinkWell was founded in 2011 to provide bold, creative, and practical solutions to helping low- and middle-income countries achieve universal health coverage. While our core area of work is health financing, we take a “whole-of-systems” approach, specializing in five practice areas that intersect with health financing: governance, human resources for health, private sector, public financial management, and research and evaluation.

We are seeking a consultant to support business development capture activities. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the consultant will provide support on an anticipated USAID health system strengthening proposal. Work under the consultancy will include both capture and live proposal phases. This role will report to the US-based Business Development Advisor. This person will be expected to contribute to information gathering, outreach, partner coordination, and research.  

This position may be remote but must be based in the Jakarta area in Indonesia. It is expected to start immediately and last through June 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert opinion on the Indonesian health system, especially health financing, HIS, HRH, and integrated care issues, through discussion, email, and written pieces on specific topics.
• Contribute to developing ThinkWell’s approach and solutions to the key challenges to achieving the goals and objectives of USAID’s HSS Flagship project.
• Share relevant policy, research, report, and discussion documents and materials relevant to the Indonesia USAID HSS project.
• Help arrange meetings with potential partners or key stakeholders and represent ThinkWell.
• Estimated level of effort: 20 days over the proposal period (February 1 – June 30).
• Maintain confidentiality of work done and proposal development process.

• BA/BS and 6+ years experience or graduate degree and 4+ years experience. 

• Relevant work experience in business development with a management consulting firm, international NGO, or professional services organization, or, relevant work experience in health system strengthening projects funded by international donors.
• Experience contributing to USAID proposals or projects. Experience in health system strengthening preferred.
• Strong writing, quantitative, negotiating and research skills. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills. 
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to learn quickly, take direction and work independently.
• Ability to use creative, collaborative and consultative approaches to resolving issues.

Timeline: The Capture Support Consultant will continue through the end of the proposal, likely June 2024.

• Memanfaatkan konten dan peralatan Dior (Dior Connect & Ipos) untuk mendorong traffic, menumbuhkan loyalitas klien, dan mengambil tindakan

COUNTER OPERATIONS

• Mengetahui dan menerapkan pedoman merchandising
• Memantau tingkat stok secara teratur untuk memastikan tingkat stok yang sesuai. Melaporkan stok tidak mencukupi.
• Memantau inventaris rak dan menampilkan produk baru bila diperlukan
• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan menutup pendapatan harian (hanya jika diperlukan)
• Melaksanakan semua tugas operasional dan administrasi yang ditugaskan
• Menjaga hubungan baik dengan retailer
• Mengikuti aturan perusahaan & konter (kehadiran, ketepatan waktu) dan pedoman grooming Dior

Job Purpose:  

Working with the Company's Sales Team, the Presales Consultant is responsible for providing presales technical support to the Sales team and presenting tailored demonstrations or qualification discussions to customers and/or prospects. The Presales Consultant also assists the Sales Team with qualifying opportunities – in or out and helping expand existing opportunities through solid questioning. The Presales Consultant will be responsible on conducting Technical Proof of Concept, Demonstration & Presentation on the supported products & solution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Account/Product Managers with qualification of opportunities by providing presales technical support.

• Provides pre-sales technical support and deliver deep dive product demonstrations to customers and business partners.

• Delivers training to partners on products solution.

• Contribute to and refine technical RFP/RFI responses

• Customer demonstrations and presentations

• Coordinating and managing technical validation events (POC)

• Coordinating and managing POC assets

• Participating in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested

• Recommend and influence market content.

Job Requirements

• Implement and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (development, test, and production).
• Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System (CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.
• Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
• Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.

• Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.
• Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.)
• Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (plan and perform database upgrades, apply database maintenance, design and maintain physical database layout, perform database reorganizations, design and implement backup and restore strategy, maintain database security, administer database performance, manage database storage, database problem determination and resolution, etc.)
• Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as required.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades.
• Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a structured methodology.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.
• The candidate should have knowledge of DB2 and HANA databases.
