• -Menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) selama mengoperasikan gondola antara lain adalah melaksanakan pemeriksaan diri tentang kesehatan dan kesiapan sebelum mengoperasikan gondola, mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan resiko kerja, memeriksa, memilih dan menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD), memeriksa dan menggunakan system keselamatan.

• -Melaksanakan pemeriksaan gondola sebelum dioperasikan antara lain adalah melakukan pemeriksaan keliling area pada bagian atas gedung dilokasi konstruksi system gondola, melakukan pemeriksaan system kerja tali baja, melakukan pemeriksaan system kelistrikan daru gondola, melakukan pemeriksaan perangkat keranjang gondola.
• -Melakukan gerakan dasar gondola antara lain melaksanakan uji coba motor penggerak, melaksanakan uji coba fungsi “Blockstop wire rope” untuk menstabilkan gerakan gondola, melakukan uji fungsi pengaman gerakan meluncur, membuat laporan hasil uji coba gerakan dasar pengoperasian gondola.
• -Melaksanakan operasional gondola antara lain melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi cuaca sebelum mengoperasikan gondola, melakukan pemasangan rambu-rambu kerja, mengoperasikan system komunikasi yang akan digunakan saat bekerja, Mengoperasikan system gondola dengan aman sesuai petunjuk pemakaian.

Mengoprasikan mesin jahit sewing seperti mesin obras, jarum satu, jarum dua, over deck dll. Mengutamakan qualitas dan kuantitas bekerja

• Mampu Membaca Gambar (SOW)
• Mampu Membaca Alat Ukur (skala, jangka sorong, dll)
• Menguasai Bagian-bagian mesin Bubut
• Kemampuan menyetting benda kerjan pada mesin bubut
