Tanggung Jawab:

- Mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data operasional armada kendaraan (utilization rate, fuel consumption, maintenance records)

Some of your duties will include:

·        Serve as the go-to expert for HRIS-related queries

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible for suggesting enhancements to policies and procedures in the event of reoccurring inventory accuracy within the warehouse group. This position also works in conjunction with internal and external audits groups during site review and compliance testing within warehouse areas. Compliance Analyst is also responsible to track the issuance, dispatch and incoming receipt of repairable components.

·        To conduct self-assessment audits to ensure individual warehouses are performing their duties in adherence to established policies and procedures.

·        To perform physical inventory cyclic stocktaking at all warehouse locations.

·        To monitor warehouse operations areas to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

·        To audit document control within the warehouse data input area.

A tertiary qualification in economics, finance or a similar discipline

The (Sr.) Workforce Support Specialist will directly provide employees and leaders with day to day HR workforce support.  S/he will be a member of Asia Pacific Workforce Support Team, with the primary support assignments of handling employee relation issues, providing consultancy on HR policies, procedures to employees and managers in the region. S/he will also provide support across multiple groups/sites as needed. Reporting to the Workforce Support Leader, this individual will be the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations, and co-own employee engagement and satisfaction for the region.

• At period end, responsible for sub-ledgers reconciled to the general ledger and delivery of complete and accurate trial balances.
• Support audit on queries and requests for information.
• Provide technical support to Finance and business stakeholders via standard and ad hoc analysis and investigations as and when required.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to Finance change projects (including business requirements and user-acceptance test scripting.)
• Regularly review Finance Shared Service processes for process continuous improvement opportunities.
• Deliver small-scale process change projects.
• Ensure that any standard operating procedures and process maps utilised to carry out Finance Shared Service processes are accurate and uptodate.
• Ensure that transactions, reconciliations and any supporting documentation are filed and can be recovered in accordance with Financial Control policy.
• Enhance Finance and Accounting skills via an agreed and documented development plan.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Information Technology Business/System Analyst

• Has experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents. 
• Has experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT) 
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Having a data analytic background will be preferable
