Tanggung Jawab:

1. Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh kegiatan operasional PPJK terkait import.
2. Mengoperasikan berbagai jenis modul yang terkait dalam alur proses Import Laut & Udara (Ceisa 4.0, Manifest, SSM Karantina, Perizinan seperti PI, LS, Masterlist, dst..)
3. Menyusun dan menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses kepabeanan dan freight logistik.
4. Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pelanggan, vendor, dan instansi pemerintah terkait.
5. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam kegiatan impor.
6. Menyiapkan Perhitungan PIB, mencari HS dan bertanggung jawab untuk kebenaran dan kelengkapan proses dokumen.
7. Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mitra bisnis.
8. Monitoring email, monitoring pekerjaan PIB team serta berkomunikasi dengan Overseas Agent dan Customers.
9.  Menyiapkan serta mengirimkan quotation untuk Import Laut & Udara kepada Overseas Agent dan Customers

We are looking for IT Staff who will ;

·      Assisting in troubleshoot employee’s laptop or other IT’s assets issue both hardware and software for all Staff including all Ships.

·      To assist preparing new/replacement laptop or other IT requirements for the office for all for all Staff including all Ships

·      Managing existing IT’s company assets.

o  Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other peripherals (NAS, CCTV and Network devices)

o  Monitor and maintain antivirus and endpoint protection systems.

o  Maintain Microsoft Outlook for company emails

·      To assist in monitoring Crewing Management System.

·      To assist in company’s promotional items.             

o  Create graphics, layouts, and branding materials for internal or external use.

o  Collaborate with other departments to design user-friendly interfaces or presentations.

·      As a runner for IT’s purchasing / maintenance matter.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Transportation Management
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in English
• Preferably with a background in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Possession of PPJK Certificate is preferred
• Experience in handling customs clearance processes
• Proficient in PIB, NIB documentation, and end-to-end export-import management

•Menguasai pengetahuan tentang Query SQL Oracle dan Basis Data

•Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Web dengan baik

•Baik dalam pemikiran analitis & pemecahan masalah
