- Manage the project schedule provided by the contractor.
- To review contractor project schedule prior approval by client.
- To provide weekly and monthly progress report to client, include S-curve, 2 weekly lookahead, risk and mitigation plan.
- To provide delay analysis and what if analysis based on the approved baseline schedule.
- To provide logistic plan, which will be used to determine the sequence and duration of works.
- To works closely with cost management team to provide monthly payment progress.
